I encountered an issue with the serial number I used for InPixio Photo eRaser, [CA42ZF-FJH7F1-B0SAPM-CYUW62-RFC91N-], stating it was already in use, rendering the software unusable. I haven't transferred it to another device, only updating to Windows 10. When attempting to visit the suggested site for more information, it freezes and doesn't respond to clicks. I demand either a working software or a full refund. Dealing with this is inconvenient and time-consuming.

I am experiencing an issue with re-activating my WebEasy Pro v9 software on my Windows 10 computer. Previously, I encountered a C++ runtime error after a Windows 10 update, which was unresolved despite contacting VCOM support. I temporarily switched to an old Vista machine but faced other difficulties and it has since stopped working. I have been making web changes using alternative applications but now need to use WebEasy for significant updates. However, when attempting to activate the software again, I receive a message stating it has already been used. I downloaded the software again but have not yet tried to install it from my old program disk. The license for WebEasy Pro v9 should only be active on my Windows 10 machine, as my old Vista machine is no longer in use. I need assistance in unlocking this license for my current computer.

I purchased InPixio Photo Editor 9 on 24/04/[redacted] with Order No. UEEQZQ5Q for £32.97. Unfortunately, I have been unable to download the program as I am consistently receiving the message "unable to access server." I have reached out to your support team, and although they ran a scan, I had to step out before it was completed. They mentioned contacting me later, but I have not received any follow-up. I have tried changing my antivirus software as per their advice, but I am still facing the same issue. When I contacted support the next day, I was informed that a technician service would cost £[redacted].00 for a year's subscription, which I declined. I am interested in changing my order to a disc version. I have sent two emails and attempted to call this morning, but have not had any luck reaching anyone. I would appreciate prompt assistance. I bought InPixio Photo 7 more than a year ago and used it occasionally. Recently, I tried to use it again, but received an error message indicating that the serial number I used was already in use and the software couldn't run. Even though my credit card was charged for a license renewal last month, I still can't access the software and keep getting the same message. I only downloaded the software on one computer, which is the only one I own. Thank you.

I bought Bookkeeper [redacted] at Office Max/Depot today and installed it on my Windows 10 desktop. When I tried to open the program, I received an error message "Error 35. Occurred in object bookkeeper contained in bookkeeper during the open process at line [redacted]." The details indicate an issue with an external object function. Hello, I bought a new copy of "Fix-It Utilities Professional" from Walmart, and I was disappointed to find that the CD license key was invalid. Additionally, the serial number for the software download online was also not valid. I have tried to contact customer support without success. I would like to cancel the purchase of OneSafe PC Cleaner 1 month subscription. I bought this program for only one month on 07/15/[redacted], but Avanquest has been deducting money from my account every month. There was no indication during the purchase that I needed to cancel after one month, so I believe there has been an error. Thank you in advance for your assistance. I am very disappointed with the quality of your product. This is the second time I am trying to use it after encountering issues with the first faulty serial number provided. I purchased a new program, but the new serial number also did not work. I had to absorb the cost of the first one. Despite my husband's encouragement, the second purchase has led to my PC being stuck on a green screen for almost 4 hours during installation. I can be reached at [redacted] or [redacted]. I expect a prompt response today; otherwise, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter to the BBB, media outlets, and seek legal advice. I recently purchased the Hallmark Card Studio Deluxe [redacted] plus a bundle of additional apps for a total of $29.95 with tax. This is my umpteenth attempt to resolve my issue, which is to request a refund. I recently ordered the Hallmark Card Studio Deluxe [redacted] and paid an additional $10.00 for extra applications. However, when I attempted to complete the purchase, the payment process did not go through as expected. After clicking the order button multiple times, I later discovered that I had been charged twice for the card studio programs on my Visa card. I am seeking assistance in obtaining the refund promised by PC Cleaner. On October 3, I purchased PC Cleaner which also led to another program, the advanced pro module, and a lifelong service totaling [redacted].87 Eur ([redacted].50 SEK). I contacted them for installation help. Though reluctant, a woman remotely accessed my computer, proposing to reinstall everything due to its poor condition. Refusing, I later discovered she was from Anytech365, not PC Cleaner. Despite believing the programs were installed, I found nothing had been done. My refund requests on October 12 and 17 remain unanswered. Anytech365 directed me to contact Avanquest now. Feeling confused having dealt with multiple companies and receiving nothing for my payment, I'm unsure if PC Cleaner and Anytech365 are legitimate. I can provide proof of purchase and refund emails. I had earlier used Avanquest as a trial but had issues with it. I subsequently purchased Avanquest Pro 9 software along with a backup disk. However, I faced challenges when trying to download it using Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge. Despite seeing the icon on my screen, I was unable to use the software as it indicated that my trial had expired. Upon inserting the disk and attempting to download, I encountered further issues entering my serial number and other details, leading to the same trial expiration message. Currently, I am running Microsoft 10 without PowerDesk. I seek assistance as I cannot seem to get the software to function properly.

I purchased PowerDesk 9 and initially installed it on my computer at the time of purchase. However, since that computer is now out of commission, I uninstalled the program and installed it on my new machine. I received an error message stating that the serial number [redacted] has already been used or has reached the maximum allowed installations. Despite reinstalling it on the same computer due to constant issues with the previous one, I have only used the program a few times (5 or less). How can I validate it on my new computer? I used a computer clean-up program a few years ago and thought this would be similar. I tried to find out more about your program and what it can do for me. After signing up, I realized upon loading it that it wasn't what I needed. As a 76-year-old with minimal computer skills beyond email, I struggled to navigate it. It's clear this program is beyond my expertise and needs.
I want to uninstall it from my computer and receive a refund. Seeing the unexpected charges on my credit card statement was shocking. As a pensioner on a fixed income, the total cost of $[redacted].09 (including $[redacted].55 for the program and $16.77 per month) is a burden.

Instead of requesting a refund for the Expert PDF, I am now interested in accepting the offered alternative to extend the Soda PDF Pro license to two years. The proposed solution was to upgrade the license to Soda PDF, a more user-friendly software with additional features. The extension will provide access to both online and offline versions, and will prolong the license until January [redacted], instead of cancelling the Expert PDF. I am now in favor of this extension. Is it still possible to proceed with this modification instead of receiving a refund?

I recently bought a new laptop and installed Version 22 Bookkeeper. My old laptop had Version 15.0.2.1, and I backed up the file from it.
