I am a user of www.freespiritsingles.com. I upgraded to a premium membership and used the site. On December 30th, $19 was automatically charged to my card for the next month. As I haven't been using it much recently, I decided to cancel the premium subscription. I contacted the site admin to stop the payment. They confirmed the cancellation within hours. However, it's been 10 days, and the money has not been refunded to my bank account.
