Hello, I am sorry to hear about the issue you are experiencing with your Penrose X headset. Last night, while playing with the headphones on, you fell asleep. Upon waking up, you noticed that the headset had no battery. Despite placing it correctly on your head with no pressure, the battery was drained. When attempting to charge it this morning, you encountered difficulties. The earcup did not display any light signals, and you have tried various solutions to resolve the problem with no success. You have even attempted to reset the headset by pressing the volume wheel, mic wheel, and multifunction button simultaneously, but it did not work. You also tried resetting the USB key, but that did not resolve the issue either. You are wondering if the battery is defective and seeking advice on how to proceed. Thank you for your assistance.
