I bought tickets for the Braves game versus the Rockies on Saturday, April 27, through Ticketmaster. Despite their website stating I could print tickets at home, this was not possible. After contacting customer service, I learned I could only receive the tickets via bar codes on my cell phone or by mail. Opting for mail meant an additional charge. I paid $[redacted].10 for tickets plus fees. Ticketmaster needs to offer better options such as printing at home or Will Call pickup like other teams do.

My mom recently celebrated her 84th birthday and is struggling after the sudden loss of my dad on July 2 after 62 years of marriage. While she is finding it hard to cope, one thing that brings her joy is watching your games whenever possible. She recently moved to Tennessee to be closer to me and watch all the games. She is a passionate fan, cheering and shouting at the screen. Unfortunately, I am unable to afford the expenses of attending one of your games or staying overnight. It would mean the world to her to meet the team in person and experience a live game.

I purchased a parking pass on StubHub for $[redacted] for Game 1 NLDS against St. Louis on 10/3/19. Initially for Lot 9, StubHub reassigned me to the Red Deck, which turned out to be a good space for me and my guest. However, when leaving, a car blocked one exit, and the other exit gate couldn't read our pass to open. Despite waiting for ten minutes for a supervisor to assist, nobody showed up. My guest paid $30 to leave as we had a long drive home. I had already spent hundreds on food and souvenirs. Although I was told at the gate that I could exit for free, I was never informed of the need for parking validation or where to get it. I am requesting a refund for the troublesome parking experience. Please contact me at [redacted] or [redacted] - Greg D.

The management's recent actions towards the team and fans are disappointing. The changes have affected the spirit of the game for all involved. The use of hankies at the St. Louis game is distracting and has taken away the enjoyment of watching. As a long-time Braves fan, I believe the management owes an apology to both the team and supporters. The decision to alter traditions right before a game left fans confused and disheartened. It's important for the management to acknowledge their role in the team's loss and address these concerns. Until this issue is resolved, I will refrain from spending any more money at the ballpark or MLB store. It's crucial to bring back the aspects that make being a Braves fan special. Signed, A devoted fan

My husband and I enjoy watching the Braves on TV together whenever we can. He has been a fan for years, following in his father's footsteps who was also a loyal Braves supporter. Our children recently surprised us with tickets to see a game at the new stadium, and my husband was truly moved by the experience. He even got a bit emotional, although he won't admit it. I am curious about how he could meet his favorite players, particularly Chipper Jones and now Ozzy. It would mean a lot to him to have this opportunity again. Thank you for your attention and for listening to our story.
