I bought a 20 lb. bucket of strawberry glaze from Walmart by AFATA for a wedding. After returning it due to a change in plans, the product was sent back to me as there were too many labels on the box. Even though I took it back to Walmart and they tried to generate a new shipping label, their system wouldn't cooperate. They advised me to reach out to you for a return shipping label so they could process the return from their store. Can you please provide me with a return shipping label for the product? Thank you.

I recently purchased napkins from your company through Walmart.com. Although the overall quality of the napkins is excellent, I was disappointed to discover that one napkin was missing from the set. The website stated that the set should contain 12 napkins, but my package only had 11. I had three other individuals verify the count at my location. The package arrived unopened and undamaged, so the missing napkin must have been an error during the packaging process. I kindly request that your company send the additional red napkin to complete the set. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
