I am James G., my Social Security Number ending in [redacted] and my credit card ending in [redacted] were involved in an unauthorized charge from Signal Deal on August 27th. Despite trying to reach out to the phone number provided on the charge, I have been unsuccessful. As I contacted Aspire Customer Service, I experienced poor service and communication from the Philippines. I urgently request for Aspire Management to contact me at [redacted] to address and resolve this issue promptly. Additionally, I faced confusion with the voicemail prompt leading to my credit card being locked. I seek assistance in resolving this matter without further inconvenience.

My account was closed and paid in full. Due to a survey misunderstanding, I was charged for a fitness watch I didn't order. Later, an additional unauthorized charge appeared on my account. I already paid a $[redacted] fee for the first item. We won't pay for the second item, as we didn't order it and verified that. Kindly remove any further charges promptly. I've reported the fraud, sent in the necessary forms, and cut up my cards. I no longer have an account number as we requested the closure of the account. Your swift assistance is appreciated. We've done our best to resolve this matter and expect the same from Aspire. We are seniors on a fixed income. Thank you for your help. Janet N.

I sent a payment of $[redacted] to P.O. Box [redacted] in Dallas, Texas on May 24, [redacted]. It was signed for by Donald Thomas on May 30, [redacted], at 4:32 am. However, the payment has not been posted to my account as of June 16, [redacted]. Late fees and other charges have been added to my account. Moreover, negative information has been sent to the credit bureau, stating that my account is over the limit and more than 30 days late. Donald Thomas from your company collected the check, but it has not been credited to my account. A new check has been issued because it seems the original payment was lost by your company. My card has been flagged due to the inefficiency in your processing system. Your staff, including supervisors, provide repetitive responses and lack contact information for the corporate office and other departments. They requested a copy of the check, which is impossible since it has not been cashed and is lost within your system. I expect my account to be credited, fees refunded, and an apology letter for the inconvenience caused by this situation. The lack of resolution and contact information for the corporate office have made this a frustrating experience.

I recently discovered a hold on my Aspire card and account without any prior notice. My card has been set up on Apple Pay for months without issues; however, my funds were suddenly blocked a few weeks ago. Due to my work schedule, I couldn't inquire about this until today, my day off. Sadly, after speaking with two customer service representatives and two supervisors, I received inaccurate information regarding a hold being placed on my account today, which is false. I live with a friend, and the bills are under her name. I'm puzzled as to why my account, which has been active for months, was chosen for verification. The lack of accurate information from the representatives and supervisors is concerning. My name is Milena Pavlovic, and my card number is 5[redacted] 2[redacted] with an expiration date of 10/25.
