I had a tough experience at a dental office in Royal Oak, Michigan. I initially went in for a broken upper eye tooth and was recommended a bridge as the cheapest option. During the visit, there was a lot of uncertainty about whether to extract the tooth or not, which resulted in a painful extraction that left pieces in my gum. The temporary bridge put in was uncomfortable and cracked quickly, even falling off when eating soft food. I tried contacting the emergency service for help with the pain and infections, but had no luck. Eventually, I had to pay cash at another dentist for a new temporary bridge that was much better. I am now asking the original dental office to reimburse me for the temporary bridge and improve their services, as the experience was filled with pain, delays, and unprofessionalism. I hope to resolve this and avoid legal action, but if necessary, I am prepared to take further steps.

I visited the Ellsworth, Maine location on April 19th for scheduled services. I was informed that a credit would be issued to the card I used due to some services not being completed as scheduled. It has been 3 weeks since then, and every time I contact the Ellsworth, Maine location, I am informed that the system is down. I am requesting either the credit be processed to the card I used or a refund of $[redacted].00 to be sent to me directly.

Hello Aspen, I have been your client for approximately a year and am currently in the middle of receiving multiple implants. I am concerned about the recent hacking incident involving your company. This situation not only worries me but has also impacted my emergency treatment plan. The Poughkeepsie office is assisting me in coordinating with an oral surgeon and dentist. Despite my ongoing agreement and implant procedures, I feel obligated to continue with Aspen. However, my level of comfort has understandably diminished. I am seeking clarification regarding which of my personal details were compromised in the hack and who may have access to my information. Thank you, D. Minichino [redacted] Gold Rd Stormville, N.Y. Dear Forum Members, I am sharing my recent experience with Aspen Dental. I live in Rome, New York, and have been a patient at Aspen Dental for a few years. After a crown they placed fell out within a year, they recommended an implant. I expected not to incur additional costs as it was less than a year old. However, after contacting Heather, the office manager, I have not received a response for over two months. Despite leaving messages and visiting the office, I have had no success. The email address provided for communication also proved undeliverable. I appreciate the professionalism of the receptionist Carter, but the lack of follow-up is concerning. As a psychotherapist, my missing tooth affects my work and confidence. I am unsure of the next steps and hope for a resolution without involving my cousin. Please reach out to me at [redacted] or [redacted]. Thank you for your prompt attention. Warm regards, Sally A. Fontana

I kindly request that the office please contact me solely for appointment modifications, with a notice of at least 24 hours in advance, and not through email just 3 hours before the scheduled appointment to make time adjustments. The lack of professionalism at this office and even the hint of retaliation following my negative reviews towards the office employees is concerning. A day before my appointment, I was pressured over the phone to call back and confirm the appointment, or else it would be canceled. This behavior is not acceptable, and it is evident that the office staff greatly requires training in customer service. - A.D. from Attleboro, MA

I would like to switch dentists as my experience with Dr. Daisy at Happy Valley Aspen Dental was extremely unpleasant. She was rough with the shots, seemed inexperienced, and made inappropriate comments during the procedure. She extracted 10 teeth within an hour, causing significant pain and bruising. She failed to call in antibiotics and pain medication promptly, which led to further complications. I am deeply disappointed by her unprofessionalism and disrespectful behavior towards both me and my boyfriend. I am now seeking a new dentist for my follow-up appointments at Aspen Dental in Portland. Kindly recommend your best dentist for me to schedule an appointment with in the next few days. Thank you. - M.S. Ohlen

I am currently facing poor treatment from the desk clerk at Aspen on Sierra Blvd, Wesley Chapel. I asked for a balance refund and received a different appliance than the one requested. I need guidance on how to address this issue. I scheduled a routine cleaning, but the service provided was for a deep cleaning without X-rays or a dentist consultation. The clerk is not acknowledging the mistake and wants to charge me for it. I am seeking a refund for the overcharged amount. Sincerely, Cynthia P. [redacted]
