As a Canadian living in France, I recently purchased an Asko integrated dishwasher model D5536 SOF FI. IKEA, who provided the kitchen installation, used a door front kit that has fallen off twice. After consulting the appliance store, I learned that attaching the decor door can be done using screws inside the machine without a special kit. Worried about the weight of the door, I am seeking a solution like a stainless steel panel to attach securely. Your assistance is much appreciated as I no longer trust IKEA due to recurring issues, although the Asko dishwasher itself performs excellently. Thank you for any advice you can provide. - P. Dear Asko North America, I want to express my gratitude for the replacement washer. However, the dryer (model: T754CW, Serial no: [redacted]3) is malfunctioning. It continuously fills with water, leading to an F10 error code. The washer doesn't spin efficiently, causing water to fill up the dryer. Please advise if this is a washer setting issue or a compatibility problem with the dryer. Your prompt assistance is appreciated.

My 4-year-old ASKO dishwasher suddenly won't start, causing me to contact customer service and be connected to Appliance Service Plus for repairs. Despite being quoted $[redacted] for the service call, the repair technician demanded $[redacted], which my wife paid. Upon learning this, I contacted the company to dispute the charge, only to be informed that $[redacted] was the correct fee. Frustrated by the situation and feeling misled, I hope to receive a refund of $[redacted]. My experience with Appliance Service Plus has left me feeling deceived and dissatisfied, leading me to warn others against doing business with them or ASKO in the future.

Hello,
I purchased the Asko washing machine W6424W from an authorized dealer on April 27, [redacted], so it is no longer under warranty. The washer has been working well, except for a minor issue when I had to remove some pocket change from the trap, a quick fix. Recently, it has started to make a high-pitched squeaking noise for about one second every two to three seconds while tumbling. We have been careful not to overload it and to use the right amount of detergent. The noise is not present during the spinning drying cycle, and the machine seems to be level. Karen purchased the stacked washer set at Davies Appliance in Redwood City, CA. Thank you.
