I am back to share my experience seeking help. The issues began when my primary email could only send, not receive, and I forgot the password. Norton failed, leading to password changes for Google and Facebook. I sought help approximately 20 times but was unsuccessful, resulting in Google not recognizing me. Feeling abandoned by the software, I reached out here. The first tech made an effort, but the second tech, unfortunately, has been unhelpful. He asked for my password, rescheduled for 3:30, and then disappeared after asking if I was available. To my surprise, I was charged $[redacted] instead of the agreed $5 trial fee. The second tech, who never showed up, was supposed to remotely access my PC for $37. Feeling frustrated, I realized there was an issue when the tech wanted to connect from the UK.
