Artix Entertainment Customer Service Issues

Every time I attempt to log in to my Adventure Quest Worlds account, a black loading page with two red moving circles appears, indicating it's loading. Unfortunately, it never progresses, and I can't even reach the login page to enter my hero's name and password. I've waited extensively, even tried switching to a different laptop, but encounter the same issue. Interestingly, other Artix games like Epic Duel and Hero Smash have loading problems as well. The account creation page and home pages function correctly. I'm unsure about the cause of this issue and how to resolve it. Can someone please help me identify the problem and provide a solution?

My account was unjustly banned. I didn't break any game rules. I used to play AQW long ago but stopped. Recently, when I was away, my account got hacked. Even though I didn't share my account info, the hacker got it because my email for the account was also my Facebook email. On Facebook, I had friends who played AQW, and one of them sent a fake help request to change the account's email in [redacted]/[redacted]. I was aware of the hack, got my account back, and started playing again. However, last year, the same person who hacked me before sent fake requests using my account, resulting in my ban. It was a deceptive move. I hope you can reconsider and allow me to play AQW again. I've invested a lot of money into my account.

Hello, I'm a returning player looking for help identifying a particular armor piece or weapon in the game. It was a black and white piece with an animated claw that extended and retracted from the armor. The claw resembled the "8-inch nail" in the game but had a unique animation pattern.
