To whom it may concern, My husband and I frequent the Armani Exchange at Garden State Plaza Mall. On December 7, I purchased a pair of sneakers for $[redacted] along with a few other items for my husband's birthday. Today, December 17, I visited the store to exchange the sneakers from size 8 to 9. Before going to the store, I checked online and saw that the sneakers were on sale for $81. When I inquired about adjusting the price, the manager explained that they could only make adjustments within 10 days of the original purchase. However, the ESIAM General Manager handled the situation poorly, speaking rudely and providing unhelpful explanations. She insisted that online prices differ from in-store prices, which I found frustrating. I expressed my dissatisfaction, but her dismissive attitude continued. Eventually, she issued a store credit but restricted its use to in-store purchases only. This whole experience was very upsetting, and my husband, who is a loyal customer for coats and t-shirts, is also disappointed. I hope no one else has to endure such treatment in the future. Good morning, I need to return a pair of sneakers, but I accidentally threw away the return label that was attached to the box when it arrived. I asked a UPS carrier for a waybill to attach it to the box for the return, but it needs to be filled out. Since it is an international shipment to Italy, they require the recipient's VAT number, the UPS account of the recipient, and the contact telephone number of the destination where I was instructed by email to send the package. Unfortunately, I don't have this information because the email I received only includes this address: YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP S.P.A C/O GEODIS LOGISTICS, CD1 BLOCK INTERPORT, [redacted] BENTIVOGLIO, ITALY. Please provide me with the required details as soon as possible. I have attached the form that I will affix to the return package for the refund process.

Dear Sir, I purchased 2 pairs of Armani Jeans from your London outlet during my visit to the UK in the 2nd week of November [redacted]. I am a loyal customer from India who has been using your products for over 15 years without any complaints. After only 2 months of use, I noticed significant wear and piling in the inner thighs of the jeans. The material is becoming so thin that it seems it will tear after a couple more wears. This is disappointing and not what I expect from Armani products, considering the prices paid for the brand's quality and durability. I placed an order on March 15th, and even though it shows as delivered, I never received it. I contacted them on the 21st to report the missing package. They claimed to have opened an investigation with UPS on the same day. When I inquired on the 24th, they had just initiated the investigation. Today, when I called, Jessica abruptly disconnected the call. After speaking with Rain, who seemed distracted by background noise, she, too, abruptly ended our conversation. When requesting a manager, none were initially available, but miraculously, one was suddenly there once insisted. Ani claimed nothing had changed and I still needed to await the investigation's completion. I tried to explain my frustration regarding the mishaps and lack of updates, but the manager was dismissive and unhelpful. I spent $[redacted].15 on undelivered items and asked for either a replacement or a refund. I have not received any emails from the company regarding this issue, which I find unprofessional and unacceptable.
