I recently purchased a two-dollar crossword scratcher and won $2,[redacted] prize for solving nine words. However, when I went to cash in my prize at Guadalupe Market, the cashier insisted it was only worth $[redacted] and said he goes by what the computer shows. I even showed him the nine words, but he gave me only $[redacted]. This isn't the first time this has happened to me at this store. I would like to know what can be done to resolve this matter without any issues. My name is Mary J. G., I'm 52 years old, a U.S. citizen residing in Guadalupe. If there's a way to sort this out amicably without any further problems, please advise. Thank you for your help. The incident took place on April 3, [redacted], at around 9:30 pm.

I recently purchased 10 $5 bingo tickets from Circle K on Southern and Signal Butte. I left my number with the employee on the night shift, but after not hearing back as promised, I reached out to the manager. The manager is now claiming there was only one ticket stuck in the machine, but I know for certain I had 10 tickets. I spent $60 and received 10 tickets, missing two. I would like them to fix their machine or provide the night crew with a key to help resolve these issues promptly. Thank you for addressing this concern.

On April 20th, [redacted], I bought a $3 LUCKY HINT scratch ticket at QTrip near 16th St and Highland in Phoenix, AZ. After scratching it, I discovered 3 identical symbols with a prize of $20,[redacted]. When I took it back to the store, the young lady interfered when the young man scanned it, claiming it wasn't a winner despite my clear symbols. I bought this ticket in-person, and I believe it's valid. Why am I being told it's not a winner? I would like to receive my $20,[redacted] prize.
