Arizona Department of Revenue Customer Service Issues

Two days ago, I noticed a withdrawal of $[redacted].02 from my bank account without any explanation. After speaking with my bank, I was informed that the Arizona Dept. of Revenue withdrew the money due to a court case where I am in collections. This situation is confusing as I live in Florida. Years ago, I inherited Insurance from my late father, managed by BMO Harris Bank. I used to receive tax documents but in [redacted], my mother - my guardian at the time, filed taxes incorrectly, did not pay what was owed, and disappeared, leaving me to care for my two younger sisters. Now, facing financial struggles, this unexpected withdrawal is distressing as it covers our living expenses. I am unsure of the legal actions against me or why Arizona Revenue is involved. I sent our personal income tax return with a check to one of the Tucson post offices on October 8, [redacted], under an extension until October 14, [redacted]. However, today (10-23-20), we received an Accounts Receivable Demand Notice for the tax amount, plus additional penalties and interest. The check cleared on October 14th and was endorsed by the "Arizona Department of Revenue, State Treasury." The payment was on time and for the correct amount. The notice I received is dated 10/15/20, which does not align with the payment date. This situation needs to be rectified promptly.
