Hello,
I attempted to use the "Forgot Username" option, but received an error message stating my email address "[redacted]" is not associated with any Ariba Commerce Cloud account. It seems someone who used to work for us may have registered the account with a different email address. Unfortunately, we no longer have access to that email account.
We are encountering difficulties using the website due to this issue. How can we best resolve this situation?

I am having trouble finding the correct email address to send our invoices for snow removal services provided at your Flagstaff, AZ location under the Ryder Company. I submitted a request for assistance via email last week but have not received a response yet. I find it odd that this live chat is requesting my email to reply. When I click the link, I am directed to the login page. However, when I attempt to log in, two issues arise:
1. An error message now appears after login.
2. Previously accessible pages are now unavailable post-login.
After logging in, I am redirected to a specific page. Subsequently, when I log in again via the Supplier portal, I reach my profile without finding a particular section. Visually, my page is as follows:
In the HelpCenter section, the displayed information is limited. It seems that the main problem lies in having two separate profiles with unknown login details for one. I am unable to locate or synchronize these profiles. Assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,
I am experiencing difficulties logging into Ariba. Despite numerous attempts to reset my password/username, I keep receiving a message stating that there is no account linked to the email addresses [redacted] and [redacted] in the Ariba Commerce Cloud. Our SAP Ariba account ID is: [redacted] and ANID: AN[redacted]4.
Furthermore, we have been notified of a pending Account Suspension via email addressed to [redacted] The email cites outstanding invoices as the reason for the impending suspension, yet we have not encountered any of these invoices from Air North on Ariba. My regular activity involves logging into Ariba monthly to submit invoices to Air Canada.
I kindly request guidance on how to reestablish access to Ariba.

Ariba has recently started invoicing us for their services after several years of no billing. We are confused about this sudden change, especially since our only customer through Ariba is Home Depot in Mexico, Missouri. The invoicing process on your website now requires more information than we have ever had to provide before. We are unsure if we are being charged for services we do not actually need. We have not paid the bill as we are seeking clarification on the situation. It is crucial for us to continue using your system without any interruptions. Account Suspension ANID: AN[redacted]3
Our account was suspended for non-payment. We made the payment on Wednesday, November 17, as instructed on SAP Ariba's Help Center portal. The portal states that the suspension should be lifted within 24 hours of payment. However, our account remains suspended five days later.
We opened a service request on Friday, November 19, through the Help Center to address the ongoing suspension. Unfortunately, we have not received any communication from the SAP Ariba team to assist in resolving this matter. We are urgently requesting the re-activation of our account.

I have been trying for two months to access an event posted by BASF through my account. Ariba identified issues with questionnaires that needed to be completed, and they have since been approved by BASF. Despite this, I still cannot see the event. BASF has been sharing documents through a Sharepoint site, which I believe diminishes the value of the product. It would be beneficial for someone from Ariba to reach out to help me access the event. I possess the DOC number, title, and original email inviting me to the event, titled "BASF Group - invites you to participate in event: Doc[redacted]94, OMM BASF Sites RFP." Our proposal is due on Monday, and BASF strongly prefers that we upload it through Ariba.

While trying to log into Ariba, a message prompted me to update my account due to errors. After correcting the telephone number for a user profile, I am now unable to log in at all. Each time I attempt to access Ariba, I encounter the same update page, but clicking on the update button does not lead to any action. Consequently, I am unable to move past this screen and access Ariba's online support services.

I'm experiencing difficulty logging into the Ariba supplier login website after my company changed my email address. The site indicates that my account is locked and requests the email address I initially registered with on the SAP Business Network.
The validation code is being sent to ''[redacted],'' which I no longer have access to since it was deleted by the Air Canada IT services and updated to [redacted]
