I am seeking a solution to our consistent delivery problem. Despite multiple requests for the paper to be placed on our easily visible 17-feet-long, 4-feet-deep front porch with no obstructions, it continues to be left at the end of the driveway by the public sidewalk. This issue must be resolved promptly as further incidents will lead to cancellation of my subscription. I have been a loyal Argus Leader subscriber since [redacted] and expect better service. I assist in caring for my 96-year-old mother, Irene S., at [redacted] N. Garfield Ave. in Sioux Falls. It is crucial for safety reasons that deliveries are placed in the slot near the front door. Despite my efforts over the years, this issue remains unresolved. Given the frequent changes in routes and personnel overseeing them, I urge for a consistent process to ensure daily paper deliveries are placed in the slot. If you are unable to address this, establish a protocol to inform successors promptly. Kindly update me on the resolution, sharing your and your superior's names. On Sundays, if the paper is too large for the slot, leaving it on the stand is acceptable. Please contact me in person or at [redacted] to confirm actions taken.

I recently trained for a route with Harrisburg for four days, but have not been given the route or the training pay. I worked with the current subcontractor but now I'm being denied payment for my training. I was asked to return supplies but wasn't compensated since I didn't complete the route alone. Can this be escalated to someone other than Gina who handled my contract? I've worked for Argus in Yankton before and was paid for training. I have provided my direct deposit information already. Thank you.
