I ordered some Greek gyros, potato cakes, and a milkshake. Instead of the beef gyros I ordered, they gave me four of them. I drove back and tried calling multiple times to no avail. They only refunded one of the gyro I returned. I left the other three at home since they were already half-eaten and didn't have anyone answer the phone to explain. Now, I'm left with three extra gyros that I can't do anything about. It's frustrating dealing with this situation, and I wish they had answered my calls.

This afternoon, I visited Arby's on 50 St in Edmonton to redeem my expiring free Chocolate Shake coupon. Unfortunately, the staff informed me that their shake machine was broken and offered a different flavor, which I declined. I inquired about when the machine would be fixed, but the employee didn't know. When I asked for a solution, she consulted with the manager, Marco. He suggested I go to another Arby's location. I requested that he note this on my coupon for convenience, and although hesitant, he did so with a pencil when I mentioned St. Albert Trail. Despite the inconvenience of the freezing rain, Marco didn't apologize or sign the coupon, which left me feeling disappointed by the lack of customer service after being a loyal patron at that specific Arby's for many years.

I was excited to see the TV advertisement for the return of the fish sandwich the other day. I decided to visit the Arby's in Neshannock Township, New Castle, PA around 4:00 P.M. Unfortunately, they were sold out. Determined not to leave empty-handed, I went to the Shenango Township store where they had a sign advertising the Fish at 2 for $5. To my disappointment, they were also sold out by 4:15 P.M. The staff member at the counter was polite and offered alternative menu items which I declined before leaving. I ended up going to McDonald's later. When I got home, my wife was disappointed and questioned if Arby's was engaging in "bait & switch" since it was only 4:00.

Today at 11:32 a.m. in Yadkinville, NC [redacted], we visited a local Arby's location. Upon arrival, a young man in an Arby's shirt was seen at the neighboring Sheetz station smoking at a picnic table with his pants slipping off. Inside, we encountered a situation with a polite young man struggling to correctly process our coupon. Despite his attempts and assistance from colleagues, no one could figure it out except the manager who was on a smoke break. The cashier improvised to match the coupon's amount and we proceeded to pay. While dining, we noticed three drive-thru orders with coupons were unable to be processed, leading customers to leave. The manager returned from his break at 11:52 and immediately handled the orders without washing his hands first. His appearance included long, blond hair and loose pants. If no action is taken, I will contact the Health Department regarding the issue, including the presence of flies in the eating area.

I visited Arby’s store number [redacted] today, and the service was terrible. Despite being a long-time customer, they consistently fail to fill up the container holding pickles, peppers, and other items. A few weeks ago, during my evening visit, the entire crew was fighting amongst themselves. After enduring 30 minutes of their conflict, I had to demand a refund and leave. The store's environment is dysfunctional, and I will not be returning to the Liberty, Missouri Arby’s location. In contrast, the Arby’s in Kearny provides excellent service.

I recently dined at Arby's in Tulsa, Oklahoma, on 21st & Harvard Ave in the mid-afternoon. During my visit, a lady from the kitchen, wearing gloves, took my order. I showed her a digital coupon, and she inspected it by taking my phone. Although I appreciated the precaution of wearing gloves, I couldn't help but feel uneasy about the situation. Despite this, she served me after removing the gloves. I ordered a regular roast beef, loaded curly fries, and a drink. Disappointed by the experience, I left without expressing my concerns to the staff, opting to go to Sonic instead. Although my dogs enjoyed the food I bought, I have been a loyal Arby's customer for 25 years across multiple states. This experience left me unsure how to proceed. Regards, Natasha Ellis. Still hungry.

I used to work at Arby's, but I was unfairly fired when I had to leave because my mom had a heart attack and unfortunately passed away. I want to address this situation before it becomes a bigger issue. Although Chris claims he didn't fire me, I called him before he could call me, and he hung up on me. He then refused to answer my calls. After you spoke to him, he called me back and was extremely rude, telling me to stop crying and accusing me of lying. The incident began when another manager informed me about my mom being taken to the hospital by EMTs. I requested a break to charge my phone in my car, which Chris denied in a rude manner. I had to leave to be with my mother, but he threatened me with termination. I still left because my priority was my mom, who sadly passed away from a massive heart attack shortly after.

I recently purchased a $50 e-card for the Arby's location on Everett Mall Way in Everett, Washington. Despite following the correct procedure of presenting the card number and pin either in print or electronically, the employee initially refused to accept it. Even after suggesting manual entry, they still could not process it. After seeking assistance from the manager, Ashley, I was told that they do not accept e-cards. This inconsistency is frustrating as I had loaded $50 onto the card. I am a loyal customer at this location and would like this issue resolved promptly or a refund for the e-card. I value the service at this establishment and hope to hear back from you soon.

The employees at Arby's located on Gore and Sheridan in Lawton, OK, made my visit uncomfortable. I ordered food, but the cashier charged me extra and was rude when I returned it. Another worker also made disrespectful comments. The manager didn't handle the situation well. Despite liking the food, I don't appreciate being mistreated. Everyone should feel welcomed, not judged or spoken about negatively. During my recent visit, a worker even made me feel uneasy by recognizing me and making unfriendly remarks. The staff needs to be more welcoming, smile, and refrain from making customers uncomfortable. They should focus on the service rather than being on their phones. This location requires new staff and management. I hope for a friendlier and more enjoyable dining experience without feeling unwelcome or judged.

As a disabled individual, I regularly treat myself to meals from Arby's by sending my home health aid to pick them up about twice a month. However, on the night of July 29th, there was an issue with my order from the Arby's at Tusculum Blvd, Greeneville, TN. I had ordered 2 Classic Roast Beef sandwiches, a small curly fry, and a large chocolate shake. Unfortunately, both sandwiches had cheese which I do not like, and the shake didn't seem to be a large size as I had paid for. Due to the distance, we couldn't return to the store that night. The total charge was $11.61, the price of a large shake. I had to discard the sandwiches due to the cheese. I would appreciate it if I could receive a coupon for 2 original roast beef sandwiches and a large shake to rectify this situation. My contact number is [redacted], Name: S. Moore, Address: [redacted] Shaker Road, Greeneville, TN [redacted].

After a hiatus, my husband and I planned to visit Arby's in Irwin, PA upon receiving coupons. Despite our anticipation for a substantial purchase, we were disappointed to learn that the store only allowed the use of two coupons per visit. This policy hindered what could have been a larger order exceeding $[redacted] for the upcoming weekend. The service experience was further marred by a young employee (around 16 or 17 years old) who, after taking our order and payment, engaged in socializing with colleagues near the registers instead of attending to customers. Regrettably, this lapse in customer service and the coupon limit have left us dissatisfied with our visit. Consequently, we do not foresee returning to this particular store and plan to share our negative experience with friends and family members to manage their expectations regarding customer service.

I recently visited the Arby's on Skibo Road in Fayetteville, NC with a friend and had a disappointing experience. Despite being a longtime fan of Arby's and dining at various locations nationwide for over 20 years, this visit was subpar. We ordered the new Bourbon BBQ Brisket Sandwich with curly fries and a drink, but the fries were cold and the brisket had a high fat content with very little meat. The meal was essentially inedible, so we ended up throwing it away. Additionally, the atmosphere in the restaurant was inappropriate with a local radio station playing music containing explicit language, which was offensive. The staff seemed to be young teenagers without supervision. This visit did not meet the standards I have come to expect from Arby's. I hope management addresses these issues promptly to ensure a better experience for customers.

Dear Arby's, My wife and I dined at the Arby's location in Venice, FL on September 1, [redacted], at noon. Both of our sandwiches contained old roast beef. When we raised the issue with the lady manager, her response was dismissive. We are regulars at this establishment and usually enjoy great food and service. However, the restaurant is deteriorating and the restrooms are unclean. A remodel is much needed.

I typically visit Arby's about four times a month. Last month, I ordered a chicken sandwich to go, but received a beef sandwich with barbecue sauce instead. Despite calling the store and being offered a replacement, I couldn't return. I ended up tossing the incorrect sandwich.
Today, I visited the same Arby's; my order for a medium coke with extra ice came with two medium ice teas. Even though I inquired about the drinks, the mistake wasn't rectified. Due to time constraints, I couldn't go back. The inconsistent service has left me dissatisfied. I may stop going to Arby's unless compensated for the missing coke and chicken sandwich. It's frustrating to receive the wrong items after tipping the staff.
Sincerely,
Judy R.

I used to be an employee at one of your locations, but a few days ago, there was an incident involving a customer, myself, and the manager. I was instructed not to return to work until a decision was made by corporate regarding my employment status. It has been six days, and I have not received any communication. Despite numerous attempts through calls and visits to the store, I have not received any answers. The situation did not seem severe enough to escalate to the corporate level. Throughout my time there, I have always been punctual, never received any warnings, arrived early to help, fixed errors, finished tasks on time, and showed eagerness to learn. Despite being there for only 4 1/2 months, several new employees have been hired after me. I am seeking clarification on whether I am terminated or if I can return to work. I hope to hear from corporate soon for clarity on my employment status.

I visited Arby's on Concord Pike in Wilmington, Delaware yesterday on 10/4/19 between 11:15 am and 11:30 am. I ordered a kids' meal which was advertised on the menu board for $3.89 but was charged $4.04 at the window. When I inquired about the price difference, the staff couldn't provide a clear explanation. A woman took my receipt and mentioned it was due to the chocolate milk offered, although I had not accepted it. Today, when I checked the chocolate milk, I found it had expired on 06/15/19. It's concerning that they are selling expired milk, potentially putting kids at risk, and still charging for it without proper reason.

I used a $5 roast beef combo coupon at Arby's expecting my total to be lower, but was surprised when I was told my total was $6.08. When I questioned this, the cashier explained that I was being charged double tax, first on the original price and then on the discounted total. While I can understand being charged tax on the original amount, I was confused why I was charged an additional $.49 tax on my sub total. This experience has left me feeling disappointed, and I will now be exploring other dining options instead of visiting Arby's as frequently as I used to.

I visited Arby's in Kalispell, Mt last night and ordered two of the 2 for $6 French dip specials, totaling 4 French dips, and a small fry through the drive-thru. When I got home, I was disappointed to find the French dips were on hotdog buns instead of the usual bread. I called the store to complain but only reached an automated system. I left my contact details and concerns but have not received a response yet. I expect my order to be replaced and for better quality control in the future.

Hello, I'm Alice, and I'm currently working at the Sullivan Arby's location. I am facing an issue with the store manager, Timothy Koch, who was recently transferred from the Union store. He has been displaying a sense of entitlement and disrespect towards the employees. Timothy has been unjustly writing up employees or even firing them without valid reasons. Today, I was unexpectedly sent home even though I had just arrived for my shift. I was simply rearranging the sauces to their original placement for efficiency, as I find it faster due to my familiarity since I started working there. Despite my explanation, Timothy insisted his way was quicker, perhaps due to his height advantage over mine. This hostile treatment towards dedicated employees who have helped him transition is unacceptable and creates an unnecessary work environment.

I visited Arby's on East Main Street in Whitehall, Ohio, and was surprised by the response I received 15 minutes after ordering. The cashier informed me they were out of roast beef and refunded me the money. I was taken aback and decided to check if KFC across the street had chicken available or if Wendy's had burgers. This experience was so bizarre that I feel compelled to share it because it's both amusing and unbelievable. I recommend closing when there is no food available.
