Order # [redacted] - Two tank tops
I placed an order for two shirts on August 28th, expecting to have 30 days for returns. Opting for XL size due to past experiences with smaller sizes from certain stores, the items arrived around September 1st. Hoping to lose some weight to fit into them, unfortunately, that didn't happen. The XL size ended up being much smaller than anticipated. When I tried to print the return label, I found myself out of ink. Last night, I attempted to print it again, only to realize the 30-day return window counted from the shipping date, not the delivery date. This policy seems unfair, starting the clock before I even laid eyes on the items. Seeking a refund, as unsatisfactory sizing and the flawed return policy jeopardize my future purchases.
