I have been receiving drop ship orders for Bryan Pacheco at my address, but I am not Bryan Pacheco. My name is Jasper Bliss, and my address is [redacted] Dalecrest Drive, Apartment [redacted]. Bryan's address seems to be [redacted] Dalecrest Drive, Apartment [redacted] according to the boxes, but the manager mentions it is [redacted] Dalecrest Drive, Apt. [redacted]. I kindly request for the pickups to be made as I am a disabled veteran and unable to lift and carry these boxes easily. This is the final notice. If left unattended, the shipment may end up on the public sidewalk, for which I cannot take responsibility.

I am having trouble logging into my Amway account for 2 days now. Spent an hour waiting on the phone today without success. I left a call back number yesterday, but no one returned my call. Today, I did the same and still no response. I have been attempting to access since 10:00 a.m. I have been an IBO since either [redacted] or [redacted]. I forgot to renew my membership last month, and now it appears they have no record of me. If you could please contact me on [redacted].

I am having trouble renewing online as I can't access the site. The customer service line is unresponsive. The website is not user-friendly, unlike what I expect from Amway. Shopping on sites like Amazon and Dick's Sporting Goods is much easier, with no delays. Amway should improve its online shopping experience. Instead of computer-generated recommendations, they should listen to customers who want to make purchases. Even though my email is in their system, I can't sign in successfully.

I would like to request the closure of my account due to unauthorized shopping activities that have occurred multiple times during the lockdown period. I suspect someone with access to my account has been making these purchases without my permission. Although I believe it might be someone I know, I prefer not to pursue this matter further. I have attached a photo of the monthly order notifications I have been receiving for purchases I did not make, except for a visit I made to an Amway store on 12-1-[redacted]. Upon the recommendation of my granddaughter and her husband, I became an Amway Customer. I received a Twist Tube for water, which I did not order. Since my relatives are no longer with Amway, kindly cancel the order associated with my Ditto. I intended to support my granddaughter through this purchase, but their departure from the business changes things. I would like to return the Twist Tube. The names connected to the account are Christopher Cain and Renee. My name is Lolita Halsey. Unfortunately, I have been unable to log in to remove the item from my Ditto due to an incorrect ID. Hello, today I went to the Amway Center in Kamunting to buy Cal, Daily, and Bio C. I selected three bottles and asked the staff member to calculate the total, without printing a receipt. I mentioned I had cash but could use my credit card if needed. The staff member seemed rude and unresponsive while telling me the total was RM320++. I decided to only buy Daily and Cal due to insufficient cash, which totaled RM261.70. After seeing the price list online, I returned to inquire why the Cal tabs were overcharged and explained I didn't want Bio C. The staff member responded rudely, telling me to check the prices myself. I discovered the incorrect price, and the staff member admitted his mistake and recalculated the total to RM198.00. However, he didn't apologize for the error or his attitude. It would be helpful to provide him with customer service training on being polite and humble. Thank you.

I fell victim to a scam where someone pretended to work for Amway, offering me a data entry job. It started on Facebook with a lady posting a work-from-home opportunity for data entry and accounting. I messaged her back showing interest. She then asked if I had the platform Hangouts, which I downloaded. She introduced me to a person named Len Lakiri, who supposedly worked for Amway LLC as a rental manager.
Len conducted my interview, boasting about Amway being the largest direct selling company globally. I kept all the messages provided. The job involved an initial written interview where I answered questions. Ten minutes later, Len informed me I got the job.
He mentioned that Amway would send me a $1,[redacted] check to cover supplies, which I was to deposit into my bank account. Subsequently, I was instructed to transfer $1,[redacted] to the office supplies company. After the transfer, I realized the check would likely be held, but the lady quickly cashed it out.
When Len requested more money from the office supplies company, claiming increased costs, I suspected fraud. The lady assured me everything was fine since she had been with Amway for two years. However, when the Facebook profile disappeared, and Len blocked me on Hangouts, I knew it was a scam. I am frustrated as I lost $1,[redacted] due to this dishonest individual using your name to deceive people into working. I have kept all the messages and email addresses shared. Thank you.

Hello, I am currently an IBO and recently encountered an issue where my order was canceled earlier in the month. Despite this, I promptly placed a new order. The initial order totaled $[redacted].45, but it was substituted with a new order amounting to $[redacted].45. Although I received an email mentioning a refund or reversal of the charge, this has not been processed yet. I am bringing this matter to your attention because I have a set budget that I need to adhere to. I understand the support team is quite busy, especially during the holiday season, and I appreciate your hard work. I believe Amway makes valuable contributions to our community. I wonder if the research department might consider exploring the use of sunflowers to clean up soil pollutants as mentioned in a New York Times article from [redacted]. The article highlighted the effectiveness of sunflowers and Indian mustard in absorbing lead. I appreciate Amway's efforts in providing filters to the people in Flint. Hello,
I am Jerry Hawkins. On May 25, [redacted], I purchased the Amway eSpring UV water purifier replacement cartridge for $[redacted].94 on Amway.com. According to the website, this purchase was supposed to include both the water purifier and the pre-filter, constituting a full replacement package.
This is the fourth time I am replacing my eSpring filter, and each time the replacement package has had all the necessary components for renewal.
I have observed that Amway offers the UV water purifier cartridge separately, without the outer filter, for $[redacted].00. It seems unusual to only need to replace the UV purifier unit without the outer filter.
It seems I did not receive the complete package I paid for. If Amway does not agree to send me the pre-filter, I may have to return the UV water purifier cartridge. I would appreciate it if Amway could email me a pre-paid shipping label if that becomes necessary.

I recently attended a session with my upline where the plan was discussed. After being involved for about 3 months, I just found out that the education system is not necessary. I am interested in Amway, but I feel misled and deceived regarding how the plan operates. They promised that we wouldn't lose any money, but I haven't received the returns I was told I would, like earning at least $81 after reaching [redacted] PV plus a 3 percent bonus. They constantly pressure us to attend expensive LTD conferences and guilt trip us if we can't go. They paint a picture of financial freedom in 2 years and push us to quit our jobs, causing tension when we can't attend certain events due to work commitments. I want to continue with Amway but without them as my upline. They are not transparent about the true costs of LTD, claiming it's only $35 per year for full access, when in reality, it increases to $60 after 3 months and then $90 after 6 months. I appreciate the products but not the manipulative tactics and focus on the education system.

I frequently visit the University Mall in Orem, Utah with my wife and kids for shopping and playtime. However, I have noticed a recurring issue with certain individuals trying to recruit visitors for their Amway business. Despite being there with children, these business owners approach us persistently. I have lodged a complaint with the mall management, and I urge the business owners in Utah to refrain from harassing my family and other visitors. It would be greatly appreciated if this message could be conveyed to the appropriate parties to address this behavior promptly.
