I have been trying to receive assistance for Enbrel since October but keep encountering obstacles. Despite faxing the necessary information, I am continually asked for current authorizations, causing significant frustration. After enduring long wait times, I finally connected with a counselor who requested an authorization from my insurance company, despite my prior efforts to provide this. I feel drained and disillusioned by this process and worry it may not be legitimate.
Today, I have spent hours on hold, feeling vulnerable and overwhelmed by the lack of progress. I question how a non-profit organization like this can better support individuals in need without causing such distress. My extended wait time now exceeds 4 hours, highlighting the ongoing challenges I face in accessing assistance.
I am still waiting for a response, hoping to connect with a counselor as advertised on the website. I believe transparency and accountability are essential in situations like this.
