In February [redacted], AmerisourceBergen Corporation visited the Memphis location to discuss changes and address employee concerns. Staff were worried about using personal time off or working without production. Corporate reassured us that personal time off would not be required, and some would be reimbursed. Attendance, end-of-shift cleaning, and dismissal would guarantee 8 hours of pay. In May [redacted], we were instructed to attend 8 hours of training for compensation, though no training took place. Despite seeking clarification from management, answers to our queries remain elusive. Assistance with addressing these ongoing concerns would be greatly appreciated.

Amerisource Bergen contacted Kaiser Permanente Mail Order Pharmacy in Portland, OR to report that nefazodone tablets, including the 150mg strength, are facing long-term back order. After reaching out to Teva Pharmaceuticals at [redacted], they confirmed that nefazodone is currently available and not on back order, with sufficient supply. However, Kaiser MO Pharmacy seems unable to inquire with Bergen about the obstacles they are facing in obtaining the medication. The customer is seeking assistance in urging Bergen to communicate with Teva to resolve the supply issue and provide information on when Kaiser MO Pharmacy will receive the medication. They emphasize that no alternative medication is effective for them and express frustration as this is the second time they have been affected by a prolonged back order situation, with the previous one lasting over a year.
