I am having trouble accessing my pharmacy records on the website. It is clear, fast, and updated, but I cannot print or download my records. I need these records because some of my medications are highlighted in red since COVID, and I don't know why. I tried calling but was on hold for 45 minutes and then got disconnected after hearing a cough.

I was recently charged $[redacted] instead of the correct amount of $[redacted].15 for my insurance plan starting from 1/1. I should only be responsible for $0.91 due to the $[redacted].24 Advanced Premium Tax Credit I receive. GetCovered from the NJ Marketplace provided this information.
Amerihealth enrolled me in a different plan without my consent when my previous plan was discontinued in [redacted]. I did not choose this plan, and I believe I should only be charged $0.91.
I have already made the payment through auto-pay. I am requesting a refund or a credit adjustment to my account.
