Since enrolling in February [redacted], I have not received my enrollment card or a copy of my policy. Consequently, I have been unable to utilize the insurance. Despite multiple phone calls and false assurances that the cards and policy would arrive within 14 business days, I opted to cancel. Unfortunately, whenever I mention "cancel" to a live representative, they conveniently disconnect the call. The fact that this company operates this scam is truly shocking. Customers who faithfully pay their premiums and trust in receiving the promised services deserve much better.

I enrolled in what I thought was health insurance but realized it doesn't cover what I need. I want to cancel my Pro share level membership, as it does not meet my requirements. The payment scheduled for December 3rd should not be deducted. My ID is M[redacted].
