I have reached out multiple times about this issue. My chiropractic expenses with Blue Cross Blue Shield should be fully covered. American Specialty Health assured me they would be covered. After receiving a bill yesterday, I spoke with Well Star today, finding an outstanding balance of eight dollars for services on December 8, 13, 15, 18, and 20, [redacted]. Well Star indicates zeros for the 8th, 13th, and 15th, but higher balances for the 18th and 20th that require adjustment. According to the contract, all these visits should be covered entirely at [redacted]%. The deductible was met in April [redacted], and the allowed visits were not exceeded. Please issue an Explanation of Benefits to Well Star. Membership number: JRA033M87895, patient: Jodie Bennion, DOB: 5-1-76.

This morning, I enrolled in Active&Fit Direct through Kaiser, paying an activation fee of $75 and two months' membership at $25 per month. However, shortly after, I received the invoice showing that I was charged for the full month of May despite only having two days left in the month. If I had waited until Saturday to sign up, my $75 could have covered June and July instead. It doesn't feel fair to pay for a month that is almost over without even having used the gym yet. I believe the two months should either start when I join the gym or be extended through July. I have already sent an email to [redacted] expressing these concerns, but have not received a response.
