I, Robert Palecki, with Policy #[redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted], contacted American Modern on 3-5-[redacted] regarding a payment inquiry. The representative informed me they had not received the payment I mailed before the due date of 3-6-[redacted]. To ensure timely payment, I made a phone payment on 03-05-[redacted], which was confirmed after a delay. Subsequently, the original check cleared from my bank. Despite being told the refund was included with the policy, I have not received it.
I have made numerous attempts to follow up, calling 7 times in the last two weeks, but have only experienced long hold times, averaging 15-17 minutes each call, without speaking to a representative. Please expedite the refund for the double payment promptly as requested.
