Order #W[redacted][redacted]: I received a product that does not match the description on the website. I ordered a pack of bandage rolls with a variety of colors, but I only received 3 beige rolls. I have already raised this issue with Walmart. The main description and image on the website show a package with 24 rolls in different colors, including red, green, purple, dark blue, pink, and light blue. The description confirms the pack contains a selection of colors as well. I am requesting to receive 12 rolls, 6 in the 2-inch size and 6 in the 3-inch size, each in one of the colors listed. If you cannot fulfill this request, please provide a free return shipping label and a full refund. Thank you.

I recently ordered Clairol Nice N Easy Permanent Hair Color in Natural Lightest Golden Brown #114A, but received the box labeled only "Lightest Golden Brown," which is darker than what I wanted. I have been using this product for years, and I am disappointed with the change in color. I preferred the old formula and want to return to it. I hope you can look into this matter and help me get the correct product. Thank you.

I placed two separate orders on Walmart.com for Crest 3D White Mesmerizing toothpaste based on the product photo. However, what I received did not match the picture. The photo displayed the original formula that I adore and can no longer find. The toothpaste I received does not perform as well as the original. I have two purchase orders and will need two separate RMA numbers: Purchase order no. 1: D22-R01-57-L04 Purchase order no. 2: QKPO-[redacted]4 Please email me the two RMAs, so I can return the products in their original unopened packaging and in resealable condition. I recently ordered 4 bottles of Hollywood Beauty coconut oil for my sister in NC. Unfortunately, when she received the package, one bottle had leaked onto the other three, causing quite a mess. I believe the leaking bottle should be replaced, as all the bottles need to be properly sealed under the lids. The items were not well-protected during shipping, as they arrived in bubble wrap in an envelope. I paid for the order with my credit card. I hope to receive assistance with this issue. I purchased a tube of Cetaphil Daily Advance Ultra Hydrating Lotion 8 Oz (SKU# [redacted]) on 03/21/[redacted]. The item I received in the package was labeled as Cetaphil Daily Advance Lotion, which is not the same product. I noticed the difference because I have used both products before and prefer the Ultra Hydrating version for its better moisture replenishing qualities. When I reached out to AmericaRx customer service, they informed me that the Ultra Hydrating Lotion has been discontinued. However, I was disappointed that this information was not provided on the invoice or that I wasn't offered the option to return the product at no cost.

I recently ordered the Cream of Nature Organ Oil Style and Shine Foam Mousse, and unfortunately, one of the bottles leaked in transit. The box was damaged, and the label was somewhat affected, but it did arrive at my house thanks to the efforts of the postal workers. Is it possible to get replacement bottles for the leaked product? On October 11, [redacted], I placed an order at Walmart in Donaldsonville, Louisiana for the Waterpik Cordless Plus Portable Water Flosser Oral Irrigator in White. The SKU number is [redacted], located at RACK #H12-R01-S1-L01, with a total price of $79.87 after taxes. I ordered one Waterpik but received two, leading to duplicate charges of $79.87 on my credit card. Each Waterpik was individually packaged with only an AmericaRX shipping invoice inside, including order details like Customer Order # and Purchase Order #. I contacted my local Walmart where Customer Service mentioned limitations due to involvement from a third party. To resolve this issue, I need: 1. Information on the company to return the extra Waterpik; 2. Assistance in arranging a FedEx pickup for the item; 3. Immediate removal of the $79.87 charge from my credit card; 4. I have purchased a large oval hairbrush with boars' hair and nylon bristles multiple times from different retailers like Amazon and Wal Mart. However, on all occasions, I received a Fusion hairbrush instead. Even the one from Wal Mart, which was shipped from AmericaRx, was a Fusion brush. The Fusion brush I received does not match the one I ordered online. The one I want has both nylon and boars' hair bristles together in the same holes, with clear nylon bristles. It is called Large Oval Cushion Wild Boar/Nylon Bristle Wood Handle Bass, not a Fusion brush. I am unsure if the Amazon orders were from AmericaRx. How do I go about returning the brush I bought from Wal Mart, sent by AmericaRx?

I ordered 4 bottles of Zicam Extreme Congestion Relief Nasal Spray 0.50 Ounce each (SKU#[redacted]) but received 4 boxes of Curad Bandaids instead. I need the Zicam urgently due to severe congestion. I am willing to return the bandages, but I implore you to send me the correct items promptly. This mix-up has inconvenienced me greatly. The order was placed on Amazon for $45.32. I have never encountered such an error with your company before. I was also surprised by a $55.00/month complaint resolution program that was added to my purchase without consent. I do not require this service and find it unnecessary. I trust that your customer service will quickly resolve this issue and provide me with the Zicam I ordered.

I need help returning 6 units of vitamins I ordered from Walmart. Despite receiving an RMA number, I did not get a shipping label, meaning I will have to pay for shipping.
