I am aware that the temporary tag is valid for 30 days. In order to obtain a regular tag after the temporary one expires, I need to provide proof of insurance. Unfortunately, the insurance company I reached out to for the state minimum coverage made errors in the information provided and gave me the wrong policy, leading to me having to cancel the service. I am now waiting to be refunded the initial payment I made, and I do not have any additional financial resources at the moment. The temporary tag is expiring tomorrow, and I am seeking assistance on how to handle this situation. I plan to address this once I have the necessary funds next week.

My fiancée co-signed for a car with her daughter four months ago, and the experience with this company has been a nightmare. I used to work here and we always put our customers first. The car has broken down three times already, needing major repairs. This situation is completely unacceptable. Back when I was at Car-Mary, we made sure buyers got reliable vehicles. I expect a car that won't break down every few weeks. The customer satisfaction motto seems to have vanished. If this isn't addressed, I will share this experience everywhere - on social media, with the BBB, news outlets, and radio stations. I hope to see the same dedication to fixing problems that we showed during my time working for the company.

I took my car to Car Mart in Muscle Shoals, Alabama last Wednesday for repairs, but it has been almost a week with no updates on the status or the issues. This situation has caused me to lose my job and my dad had a heart attack. The corporate office manager and the store manager have been unhelpful, providing only evasive responses when I inquire about my car. Josh, who manages the Muscle Shoals office, has been dishonest and needs to be replaced. I even took pictures inside the car to ensure nothing was taken, but a staff member accused me of staging the photos to claim items were missing. I urgently need my car back.

Hello, my name is Wyatt K. The engine in my [redacted] Ford F-[redacted] is showing high and low idling, pulling and tugging when idle, requiring significant brake pressure. It becomes very shaky during idle, and when accelerating slowly, the RPMs spike and drop below 1 upon releasing the pedal. I have confirmed that I am still under warranty. I urgently need this issue fixed as my job requires frequent travel, and this is my primary mode of transportation. I hope to receive assistance promptly to address this problem. Thank you for your attention.

I recently inquired about a car from Car Mart in Rome, GA. After leaving a voicemail for me to call her back, Amanda Pope contacted me using a different number than the one I provided her. Upon investigating, I discovered that Amanda Pope is related to my husband's ex-wife, who has been linked to identity theft issues regarding my emails. I have reported this situation to the Attorney General and the FTC. I am done dealing with the Willis and Pope family, and I will let the authorities handle Car Mart of Rome and Amanda Pope's actions affecting my information.

I had been informed that everything was good to go, put $[redacted] down, and my husband even signed the contract for the car. However, we were later told that a loan company we provided as a reference reported that we were late on payments. Although this was true, I had communicated with them about the situation before visiting Car Mart. I had also provided a bank reference for a previous car loan that was never late and was already paid off. Despite this, the Car Mart representative said we couldn't buy the car unless we refinanced through Freedom Finance and paid a larger down payment. My husband refused to refinance. We spent three hours at the dealership, thinking everything was settled, only to end up stranded later. This experience has left me feeling disappointed and frustrated.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my experience at CarMart in Bowling Green, Kentucky on Russellville Road, specifically with Jesse, the person in charge. I have been a loyal customer, always making payments on time. However, due to issues with my Social Security check, I had to adjust my payment schedule but was still making payments every two weeks. On April 16, despite the fact that the remaining payment would have been made the next day, my car was repossessed. It had personal items, including a phone GPS, which they claimed were not in the car when cleaned out, but I know that is untrue. The customer service, particularly a woman named Tiesha, was rude and unprofessional, telling me to come in and pay immediately using inappropriate language. I demand that this situation be rectified promptly as I intend to escalate this matter on social media if not resolved. I seek the return of my car and belongings. I request to speak directly with the highest authority at the establishment. Please contact me at [redacted]. Thank you.

I purchased a car from Car Mart in January. While they do fix my car, it seems that Highway 5 Salvage is causing more issues as they may not know how to properly fix cars. They fix one problem but then new issues arise, such as forgetting to put parts back or not completing the repairs fully. After getting my car back last month, I noticed a cracked windshield, broken signal stick, and additional damage that I did not cause. They forgot to reattach my engine cover and windshield fluid sprayer. I just retrieved my car yesterday, August 7th, and now there is a check engine light on and the speedometer isn't working. This situation is putting me in dangerous scenarios as a driver with three small children. I need a reliable car that is safe for my family and work.

I recently purchased a car from your lot in Hopkinsville, Kentucky, and encountered a distressing situation with your general manager and one of the workers. The worker was incredibly rude and refused to provide me with her name when I asked. When I mentioned escalating the issue to the corporate office due to her behavior, she was dismissive and unprofessional. I spoke with the general manager, who defended her actions as part of her job. This experience was a stark contrast to when I previously bought cars at the store in [redacted], where the staff was friendly. Sadly, it appears that preferential treatment is being given based on race, as the white worker's behavior was excused while others were not. The threats made regarding the vehicle and payments were unacceptable, and I felt disrespected and mistreated. As a 60-year-old military wife, I was shocked by the lack of professionalism displayed. I have been a loyal customer for over three years, but this recent encounter tarnished my view of the establishment.

I purchased a car from the Dothan AL location on 01/09/[redacted], a Saturday. The very next day, 01/10/21, the car overheated and stopped running. I contacted the office to report the issue, and they promised to fix it. Despite three follow-up calls, nobody came. On 2/9/21, a tow truck unexpectedly took the car, which I later found out was due to a missed payment. After making an indoor payment, they assured me the vehicle would be repaired. When I retrieved the car on 02/18/21, I asked for details on the repairs but received no information. The car broke down the following day, prompting another tow home. Despite a scheduled tow on 03/03/21, no one arrived. As a fixed-income individual who trusted your company, I am deeply dissatisfied with the handling of this matter. Please assist. Misty Dykes, contract #[redacted]74, [redacted] Nissan Versa. Thank you.

Hello, I'm Jonathan Posey. My girlfriend, Kimberly Williams, purchased a [redacted] Ford Edge Limited at your East Ridge TN location. We encountered some issues after the purchase with the sunroof almost blowing out while driving. Despite contacting the assistant manager, Jaime, and the manager, Heather, we faced delays and lack of response regarding fixing the problem. We inquired about swapping the vehicle for one at the Dalton location but faced obstacles. Eventually, we found a suitable vehicle in Tuscaloosa Alabama and sought help from James Grigsby at the Dalton branch. However, communication issues and unavailability of staff caused further delays. We are disappointed by the lack of proper assistance and customer service. We hope for a prompt resolution and better treatment in the future to recommend CarMart positively to others. Thank you.

I encountered difficulty making my payment last Saturday. I requested an extension until Friday when I get paid. Unfortunately, I was informed that I couldn't receive an extension because I was 16 days late on a $20 payment that I was unaware of. Since purchasing the vehicle on February 20, [redacted], I have faced various issues with it. Despite the car being undrivable at times, I have made all payments diligently. Currently, there is a window leaking in the car, and I was advised that no further assistance would be provided for repairs. I accept this decision but was simply hoping for a few extra days to make the payment, which is only two days overdue since Saturday. Additionally, I inquired about changing to monthly payments but was told it was not possible as I haven't had the car long enough, and refinancing would result in higher payments. Can someone offer assistance? Thank you.

Hello, I'm Jessy Ibarrondo,
I am nearing the end of my car lease in two weeks (VIN 4T4BF1FK9ER444162). The car has been in storage in Puerto Rico for two years and hasn't had insurance or registration since last year. Do I need to have these updated before I can get the title?
Will the dealer handle the paperwork without our signatures (since my partner is co-signed) or do we need to be present? How long does it usually take for the paperwork and title to be ready?
Can I create a legal document with a lawyer allowing my partner to handle the paperwork alone if necessary? Or is it required for me to be physically present? Both my partner and I work, making it challenging for both of us to travel.
Thank you for your assistance.
