I recently purchased a pair of Coach glasses that I loved from America's Best. Unfortunately, I accidentally scratched the lens shortly after buying them. When I returned to the store for repair under warranty due to the scratch being too deep, I was told to expect a two to three week wait due to Covid. However, well over a month passed without any updates on my glasses. Despite constant phone calls, I was met with long holds and abrupt hang-ups. Eventually, I discovered that there had been a mistake with the coverage of my glasses and was informed that I would need to pay full price for new lenses or keep the scratched ones. Opting not to pay the full price, I requested my glasses back only to be told that they were lost. America's Best has given no assistance or apologies since losing my glasses, leaving me without my prescription glasses and causing me headaches and migraines. I expect America's Best to either honor the warranty for my original glasses or provide me with a free replacement of the same glasses.
