I purchased the Ambient Weather Model WS-[redacted] on Amazon around August 20, [redacted]. The item was shipped by Ambient Weather and started using it on September 1, [redacted]. After a week, the indoor unit stopped working, as confirmed by having another functioning WS-[redacted] indoor unit. Despite following all instructions, including restarting and resyncing, the unit remains faulty and requires replacement. Kindly contact me at [redacted]

I'm having an issue with my Smartro wireless weather station constantly switching channels from one to two. Despite resetting it to the correct channel, it always reverts back. This problem persists even though the station has batteries and is plugged into an electrical source. Additionally, the inside temperature reading remains constant and does not reflect the actual room temperature. I've attempted to troubleshoot this problem multiple times without success. Can anyone advise on what might be causing these issues?
