Unit WS-[redacted]: I have inserted AAA batteries correctly into the Remote Sensor, but the red light stays on without turning off. When I put AA batteries into the display console, the remote information doesn't show on the display. I am wondering how to make the red light turn off after a few seconds to proceed with the Boot-Up process. Thank you, Bruce Cutler

I recently acquired a new stove and remote back in April [redacted]. I have replaced the batteries in both devices, performed resets using a paper clip, and adjusted the temperature to 60 degrees multiple times. Even though it's summer, the mountain region can get surprisingly cold. The stove has been activating randomly, causing the house to overheat and leading to wasted natural gas. Until coming across this website, I've struggled to find assistance. I am hopeful that someone on here can offer a helpful solution. I've been unable to reach Ambient over the phone as their service seems to be down, and their website lacks any contact information. I am looking for guidance on how to repair the stove or potentially replace it.

I recently purchased a new home and discovered that it is equipped with your Signature control unit on the fireplace. However, when attempting to use the remote with the large LED screen to turn on the fireplace, it did not work. I was able to ignite the fireplace using the command center switch, but it only stayed on for a few minutes before shutting off. I replaced the batteries in the remote (4 AAA) and the command center (3 AA), but still cannot get the remote or command center to operate the fireplace correctly. The LED lights come on and remain on, but none of the other functions are working. I tried resetting the remote by holding the "OFF" button and switching it on, but this did not resolve the issue. Any advice on how to fix this problem would be greatly appreciated.
