I am in need of Personal Watercraft Insurance to comply with my loan agreement. I will attach the loan agreement (insurance policy) and I would appreciate receiving the lowest available rate.
My loan agreement stipulates maintaining adequate Comprehensive and Collision or Hazard insurance coverage for the loan's duration.
Following the loan approval, kindly inform your insurance agent or company about the new collateral purchased and request adding our financial institution as a "Loss Payee," "Lien Holder," or "Mortgagee" on your policy. This ensures we are informed about any alterations to your insurance coverage during the loan term.

I recently set up bill payments through my bank, including with Allstate. For the address, I used the one listed on my insurance card: [redacted] RXR PLZ STE 1100E, Uniondale, N.Y. 11[redacted]. Two payments were made to Allstate on July 27, [redacted] - one for $[redacted].15 and another in error for $[redacted].39. My bank confirms the payments, but I received a call about an overdue payment. I'm unsure if the address I used was correct. My agent provided a phone number to resolve this, but it keeps redirecting me to them. I need to track down these payments as nearly $[redacted] seems to be lost, and a late payment is being claimed. I appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter.

In [redacted], I witnessed a van with a passenger who lost control on a hill and collided with my vehicle. Initially, I didn't feel hurt, but later I experienced neck and lower back pain. Despite the accident affecting my ability to work, Allstate and my employer Chevron offered no support. Financial struggles led me to settle with Allstate for $10,[redacted]. Subsequently, Chevron released many drivers, including me, due to liability concerns. My health deteriorated, and I had to use savings and retirement funds to cover living expenses and medical treatments. Eventually, a specialized microsurgery in Vancouver, Washington, helped me regain mobility but depleted all my remaining savings. This ordeal has deeply impacted my life, leaving me divorced and financially devastated. I feel compelled to share my story to shed light on the challenges I've faced and how the notion of being "in good hands with Allstate" did not hold true in my experience.

I am having an issue with Joe McMullan, an Allstate Independent Insurance agent. He is discriminating against me, a longtime elderly customer of 23 years. I was informed that their office will cover only one claim during the homeowners' policy term. In [redacted], there was damage to a different location on my roof. Despite some major roofing issues, they insist on just patching it up. My house is almost 34 years old and still has the original roof. Even the Allstate Claims adjuster admits the roof is in bad condition but they only suggest a patch. Furthermore, a person sent by Allstate to put up a blue tarp ended up causing more damage. Neighborhood residents with wind and hail damage are getting full roof replacements. I am looking for advice on who to contact for a second opinion on this matter regarding the local independent agent.

Hello, my name is Dilpreet Singh, and my policy number is [redacted] [redacted] [redacted]. About two and a half months ago, my brother and I were at the Costco gas station in Hayward. While I parked my car and turned off the engine, my brother opened his window to access the gas tank cap. Suddenly, a lady arrived in her car at a speed exceeding the limit, resulting in her car's mirror hitting my car's window, causing one or two scratches on both vehicles. At the time, we didn't take any immediate action as the damage seemed minor. However, she recently contacted me, requesting money for repairs. I explained that the incident wasn't my fault, but she threatened to involve my insurance. I seek advice on how to handle this situation as I believe I am not at fault. Thank you.

I was involved in an accident with one of your insured vehicles on 12/27/[redacted]. Claim number [redacted]. I sustained a leg injury, missed work for a week, resulting in $[redacted] lost wages. I haven't been contacted since the incident. My name is Kenneth B. and I'm listed in the police report. Curt H., the driver, assured me I would be compensated, but nothing has happened. I have lost my job due to this. Please address this promptly or I will involve an attorney for lost wages and injuries. My address is [redacted] Dry Rd. Lot 85 Albemarle NC [redacted]. Your immediate attention is required. Thank you, Kenneth B.

I was in an accident in El Paso on May 30, [redacted]. The incident occurred at Sundland Park and Cromo. When I approached the intersection, it was 9 pm and well-lit. My son was in the car with me, and we were both attentive. The closest car had just passed S. Mesa Hills and was in the left lane of the three-lane highway. As I turned on the green light, a clicking noise was heard. My son's window was open, and when I checked, I saw the light had turned red as I proceeded on Cromo. Shortly after, another car hit the front of my car. The airbags in my Saturn did not deploy, and I lost consciousness briefly. After the impact, my car rolled backward into traffic, and I managed to steer it to a parking lot using the handbrake. The ambulance driver urged me to get in, but I needed to speak to the police first. When I contacted ALLSTATE to report the incident, their adjuster, Claudia Cardinal, determined it was my fault. Despite this, I investigated further, measuring distances and timing the traffic lights with my son's help to prove my point.

I am seeking clarification on my renewed Allstate policy. One of my vehicles is regularly driven by my granddaughter at Texas Tech, while her sister at the same school is covered by her father's insurance. Occasionally, they swap cars. Additionally, my son occasionally drives my car for convenience. My agent assured me that as long as these occurrences are infrequent, they are covered. A competitor mentioned they must be listed as "PERMISSIVE DRIVERS ON THE POLICY." Do my granddaughter, her sister, and my son need to be listed by name on the policy if they rarely drive the vehicles? My agent says they do not.

My Member Number is [redacted]42. A few months ago, I had to get my vehicle out of a ditch and the tow truck driver charged me $[redacted], which I believed was unnecessary. I contacted Allstate to use my roadside assistance, and a representative assured me it would be covered. However, after a representative from Area Code [redacted] in Florida called to address the issue, I faced unresponsiveness when trying to reach them for further clarification despite leaving multiple messages.

I received an email from Allstate regarding a refund due to reduced driving during the pandemic. The email explains they have processed a Shelter-in-Place Payback for April automatically, returning 15% of my monthly auto insurance costs, which amounted to $20.08. The email also mentions a free offer for Allstate Identity Protection until the end of [redacted] if signed up by 5/31/[redacted]. It emphasizes not sharing payment information with outside parties and includes a reminder not to reply to the email. Although I expected a greater refund based on a commercial stating a 40% refund, I received $20.08 for my last auto payment of $[redacted].77 in March. I believe I should be receiving $[redacted].00 instead. I would appreciate it if you could review this and provide clarification. Thank you, Linda E Cerda.

I need to speak with a representative over the phone for proper customer service that my agent has failed to provide for the past two years. I am looking for genuine care and professionalism at Allstate. I have made multiple calls over three weeks with three simple requests, all of which have not been fulfilled by my agent. I am on a deadline to pay my premium, and the lack of assistance is frustrating. It has reached a point where I am considering leaving Allstate and leaving negative reviews. I am disappointed in the lack of professionalism and assistance from my agent, George Pinegar. Please have a professional reach out to me promptly.

My close elderly friends' residence was struck by a tornado three months ago, and Allstate's response has been slow. This frustrating situation has left a sour impression on their loved ones, including friends, neighbors, and family members. Despite the considerable time that has passed, no repairs have commenced. Both individuals are in their mid-80s, with the lady relying on a pacemaker. Throughout the years, they have generously supported many people in their community and now find themselves in need of assistance. Allstate, whom they have faithfully paid for years, is now the source of help they seek. The level of service provided so far falls short of their expectations. Meanwhile, they remain living in their damaged home, awaiting Allstate's aid. The support they have received does not align with Allstate's reputed online service standards.

I am looking to speak with a customer service representative regarding the Tim Hoffman office in Hendersonville, NC. I feel it is crucial for your company to address the issues I have faced with this office and their inability to maintain accurate records. The behavior I have encountered from them has been unacceptable and reflects poorly on your company's reputation. Despite moving on to another company, the office has persistently contacted me to discuss resuming services in a confrontational manner. Their inability to recall past conversations, especially when they were disrespectful, is concerning. I am seeking a rational discussion with someone who can address this matter appropriately. It is important for the company's leadership to be aware of how customers are being mistreated.

On September 9th, [redacted], I was involved in an accident, and it seems like my car might be considered a total loss. Allstate provided me with a claim number and instructed me to have my car towed to a body shop. The other party's insurance, Infinity, will cover the damages to their vehicle, but I am responsible for a $[redacted] deductible. I have gap insurance, but my coverage is set to end on Tuesday due to overdue payments. Despite this, my car is still covered. I currently owe about $[redacted] on the vehicle. What will happen in this situation?

I previously tried contacting the chat system but got disconnected. I need my policy documents for my auto and home insurance. On e-Pay, I didn't receive my promised discount. I was told by an agent to contact via email, but I'm not tech-savvy. The agent said computers are preferred to save trees. When using chat, I was abruptly disconnected. An agent warned my premium may rise without using a computer. I've had All State Insurance briefly. Can you promptly send my coverage details for both insurances to my computer? Otherwise, I'll cancel my policy. I want transparency in my coverage and premiums. This back-and-forth with All State is frustrating. I expect clarity and consistency in All State's operations.

It appears that Allstate is making it difficult for me to obtain homeowners insurance. They have not provided reasons for canceling my policy, which I discovered when attempting to make a payment. I have not filed any recent claims and strive to pay on time. Timely communication from them would be appreciated. I also have my auto insurance through them and have faced challenges with their customer service. If they are unwilling to continue providing coverage, they should not have initially sold me a policy. I have not made any claims related to my home for a considerable period, such as regarding my fence.

I recently obtained a new homeowners policy in November with Dwelling Protection of 1,[redacted],[redacted] through Allstate after previously being insured with State Farm without any issues. Surprisingly, I received a termination letter from Allstate a month later, citing the replacement value of my house as over 2,[redacted],[redacted] instead of the assessed value of 1,[redacted],[redacted] or the recent appraisal of 1,[redacted],[redacted].
After contacting Allstate, a New York agent promised to submit a Reinstatement request to underwriting. Despite offering to send the appraisal, I was informed it wasn't required. A week later, I received a refund check for my cancelled policy without resolution.
I called again and was told the Reinstatement request was on the verge of closure due to lack of evidence. Following their advice, I emailed the appraisal as requested, expecting a prompt response, which unfortunately did not happen. Online, my policy is still shown as terminated. I seek prompt resolution or escalation to clarify the situation.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent phone conversation regarding a car accident on March 28. The other party accepted fault, but I was asked to pay a $1,[redacted] deductible for a $[redacted] repair deposit, which I found unfair. After initially speaking with Miguel Sánchez and Esmeralda, who were unhelpful and rude, I finally reached Miss Marina. She discovered the error, realizing both parties were being charged. I am requesting an apology from Miguel and Esmeralda for their poor customer service and considering changing agents. Miss Marina's professionalism was commendable in resolving the issue, and I am willing to provide further information if needed. Kindly ensure future communications exclude Miguel and assign me a different agent.

I am Rochelle Quinteros. On March 26th around 8:30 pm, I had an accident totaling my car, and I reached out to Allstate insurance for assistance. After waiting for over 19 hours for a tow, Triple A ended up assisting. My car was declared totaled on March 30th, and I was informed about the claim payment. However, it has been almost two years of paying for insurance, and they are reluctant to compensate me. I simply want a new vehicle for my children's transportation to school. Dealing with my claim adjuster has been a frustrating experience. I seek advice on how to handle this situation. Thank you.
