I had tried calling AllStarHealth.com at [redacted], but ended up reaching Cricket Wireless Customer Service instead. Therefore, I'm reaching out through your company's web email for a quicker response. I spent two hours this evening trying to make a purchase on your website. Initially, it wouldn't accept my credit card information. Then I attempted to use my debit card with the same issue. I resorted to using PayPal and re-entered all the details. However, PayPal stalled after I clicked "Continue to Pay," leaving me staring at a blank screen. Dealing with this automated system has been incredibly frustrating. I remember a time when I could simply call and place my order within five minutes instead of wasting hours online and sending emails to your customer service team. This entire experience has been disappointing and time-consuming.

I received my order #[redacted] from All Star with six bottles of Walden Farms ketchup broken out of the 24 I ordered. When I contacted "Josh" at customer service, I was informed I needed to provide a picture or keep the damaged bottles for a week for UPS inspection. Unfortunately, our garbage was collected today and the bottles were thrown out. All Star's customer service only opens at 10 AM EDT, and we were unaware of their requirements. I understand it's a small amount of $22.74, but it seems significant to All Star due to the issues with delivery and the hassle in getting replacements. We have been loyal customers, spending around $[redacted] over the past year, and we simply seek replacements, not a refund. The resolution now lies with All Star – no replacements, no further orders.
