Hello, I wanted to share my recent experience with Allianz regarding my late mother's annuities. After her passing in March, I was quoted values for the annuities but was never informed about the options for receiving the funds or potential tax implications. Despite signing transfer forms in June, I recently discovered discrepancies in the values of the two qualified annuities compared to the values initially quoted to me. When I inquired, I was informed that this was due to a rider or clause that was not explained to me. I was never given any alternatives for receiving the money, and it took multiple attempts to reach someone who could provide clarity on the situation. I am now seeking further information and options from the broker, Ron Sauvageau, but have not received a response. I have been experiencing issues signing into my account due to a faulty password reset page on your website. After sending several emails and calling the [redacted] number, I have not received any helpful solutions. The website's loop of sending the same link for password reset is not resolving the problem. Even reaching out through direct email and phone calls to [redacted] has not yielded any results apart from receiving the same malfunctioning link. This situation is concerning, especially considering I have upcoming travel plans requiring access to my account for insurance purposes. I urgently need effective assistance to resolve this matter.

I am Joan B. I have been listed as a named driver on my husband's car insurance for the past year. Recently, there was an issue with the policy as my husband suffered a stroke and passed away on 7th December. I was informed that I couldn't drive under the current policy. I am currently in England with my son but will be returning home next week. I am going through a lot dealing with my husband's passing and need to sort out my own insurance now. My family of four is traveling abroad from January 15th to January 31st. We will be flying from Sydney to Auckland, New Zealand, staying on the North Island for five nights. Then, we will return to Sydney on the 21st for a Royal Caribbean cruise to the Pacific Islands for nine nights. We purchased all our flight and cruise tickets with Citibank Visa Signature. Hello, I bought 4 tickets for Andrea Bocelli at the Hollywood Bowl in June for this Sunday the 24th as a birthday gift for my grandmother and partly for my mother. Unfortunately, due to my grandmother's health concerns related to covid, she can't attend. The other members of our group are also not interested in going without her. I got ticket insurance from Allianz, but their coverage only lasts for 15 days after purchase, which I didn't realize. It doesn't seem helpful now that I need it. I submitted a claim in July [redacted], but after 4 months, there was no progress. A BBB complaint prompted them to acknowledge that the claim had not been processed. I was informed that the claim was approved, and payment through Direct Deposit was supposed to be immediate. However, they closed the claim as "Complete" without making any payment. Despite voicemails, emails, and online messages confirming payment on 11/17/[redacted], no payment was made. Their customer service only provides generic [redacted] numbers leading to a non-helpful call center. Communication is difficult due to language barriers, and requests for a transfer to a US-based agent are often ignored. The lack of published contact numbers raises suspicion about the company's practices.

I booked a car online in Mexico from the USA and later decided to cancel it within 2.5 hours. I also purchased insurance which was canceled along with the rental. My credit card statement shows the refunds. However, I noticed incorrect charges for another rental and insurance from a different company on my statement. I received the refund for the initial cancellation, but I am unable to locate any confirmation emails for the additional charges.
