Hello, I am reaching out on behalf of my father regarding a CTP greenslip he purchased from your company. Services NSW does not have a record of this transaction, creating confusion. Upon attempting to renew online, I noticed the greenslip was listed with Services NSW; however, my father needed to switch to pension registration. Following this change, the CTP greenslip seems to have vanished, leaving his vehicle unregistered. Even Services NSW is puzzled by this issue. The registration is GL [redacted], for a white [redacted] Mitsubishi Lancer. Please investigate this matter on your end and assist in resolving this for him. Thank you. Best, K.L.

I experienced a workplace injury on November 3, [redacted], and informed my employer on November 8, [redacted]. I received forms from Allianz in late January [redacted], which I promptly filled out and submitted to my employer on the same day. Despite not receiving any further communication from Allianz, I reached out to them on February 28 through their online form, but have not received any response or acknowledgment of my message. Allianz mandates that I provide them with a workers' compensation report from my GP monthly. During my third GP appointment, I was informed by the receptionist that Allianz had canceled the appointment without providing any explanation. I have not been contacted by Allianz regarding this cancellation or the reason behind it. The only correspondence I have received from them was the letter containing the claim forms in late January [redacted].
