I am attempting to locate my 401K account from my time at Continental Airlines in [redacted]. I recently received a letter from the Social Security Administration mentioning a sum of money in an account with the number 74-[redacted]-[redacted], which was absorbed into the United Airlines benefits department after the merger. Despite no longer being employed, I was unable to find any records after contacting Fidelity Investments, UAL benefits department, T. Rowe Price, and Alight Solutions. The confusion arises as to why I received a letter from the SSA in [redacted] if the account was supposedly closed.

On 5/9/[redacted], we received a letter from Alight regarding my wife's Spending Account reimbursement. The letter mentioned a discrepancy with her premium, leading to reimbursement suspension since May 1st. While the letter did not specify the premium, I assume it relates to Medicare Part D. Despite receiving accurate information in previous letters over the past two years, it seems Alight is facing challenges typical of many U.S. companies, such as subpar and unskilled employees.
I seek clarity on the specific issue at hand - what is the premium for, and which company does Alight have on record for coverage?
