I purchased an Aiwa TV (Model No: [redacted]) from a local shop on 02-12-[redacted]. Upon researching the best model, I discovered that Aiwa TV company closed in [redacted]. Unfortunately, the TV is not working, so I visited a local showroom to inquire about Aiwa TV's status. I found out that the product I bought is a duplicate, locally made, with an Aiwa sticker attached. I am unsure what to do next. Should I approach the consumer forum against the shop owner who sold me the TV? Your suggestions are appreciated.

I am experiencing an issue with my phone's rear camera. It was working fine, but now it only shows a black screen with no image at all. I have already tried to fix it on my own without success. The phone is barely a month old, and I'm unsure if the problem is software-related since I can't download Google Lens as it says it's not compatible with my device. I have contacted you before with no response and there is no customer service number available. Please help me resolve this problem, as I really like my phone and want it to work properly. You can reach me via email at [redacted] or by phone at [redacted]. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. My phone is an Aiwa AW [redacted] running Android 7 Nougat.

I purchased a washing machine in [redacted] from Mumbra, Thane district, Mumbai. The Usha Agency salesman promised a 5-year warranty. Two years later, the machine stopped working, and the Usha agency now insists on a Rs [redacted] visit charge despite it being under warranty. This seems deceptive as I've never heard of visit charges for warranty items. Reluctantly, I paid the Rs [redacted], feeling trapped. I intend to share this misleading information from Aiwa widely. The sight of leakage on the internal drum, a non-warranty issue, suggests I might have bought a refurbished machine. This situation is unacceptable. My complaint number is UE[redacted]3, and you can reach me at [redacted]. Your prompt response is appreciated.

I purchased these earphones during my Christmas vacation in Chile from a site called Mercado Libre at a price of $35 US. I brought them back to Canada but due to time constraints, I couldn't return or exchange them in Chile. The issue with these earbuds is that they don't pair with each other, so I can't enjoy the stereo option. The uploaded Youtube video from AIWA only shows someone unpacking the earbuds but doesn't demonstrate pairing them. I've noticed that most comments express similar complaints. Thank you. I recently received two Aiwa bookshelf speakers with a powered bass subwoofer in each one. The speakers have two sets of wires, a high set (black and blue) and a low set. I think the top wires are for audio connections, while the bottom wires might be for power, but the power cords are missing. I'm unsure if the speakers can be used without the power cord. The power wires are similar in size to the speaker wires, which seems unusual to me. The speakers are MDL. stereo system/SX-WNAJ53. Any guidance on how to set them up correctly would be appreciated. I rely on the Internet these days for information as I no longer drive. Thank you for any help you can provide.
