I have been a customer for many years and am currently trying to update to your latest version. However, I am stuck in a frustrating loop with no way out, which is disappointing. I am struggling to locate the scan target. I own an iPhone running version 7.0.6. Unfortunately, I am unable to access iPass on my laptop as I cannot progress past the login screen. I have a 33-character secret key, and I believe the Master Password I use to log into the app. I assume my login email is [redacted] I have attempted different email variations such as [redacted] and [redacted] in the 'email' field without success. I have tried all these options without success and feel upset.
