A few days ago, my progress in Black Ops 4 multiplayer and zombies got reset. Camos, calling cards, and stats all disappeared. Previously, I had diamond camo on assault rifles, but now everything is at level 1. Strangely, my level remains unchanged. Even the COD companion app confirms my stats have reset; I lost all my medals. Many players are facing the same problem, as I read online. I've been a player since Black Ops 1 and put in over two months of playtime. Restoring my progress to its previous state would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I am very frustrated and considering legal action. When trying to create an activation account, I am informed that I already have one linked to my primary email and cannot create a new one with a different email. This issue is incredibly frustrating. On my Xbox One, I am experiencing problems with my Call of Duty 4 black ops account. Firstly, I have earned reactive camos that I cannot equip, despite the challenge being unavailable. The camo appears unlocked in the store but remains unselectable. Secondly, every time I start the game, my selected skins reset to default, and I am unable to maintain my preferences between games. I am unable to submit a ticket for support due to account creation issues. Additionally, despite spending over $[redacted] in the black market, I have not received any new DLC skins, even after significant investments. I feel deceived and demand a resolution. I expect a response from [redacted] within 42 to 72 hours or I will seek legal counsel.

I bought Call of Duty Black Ops IIII, but every time I try to play, a message pops up saying "an update is required to play." After hitting OK, it goes back to the game and prompts to "press to start," then reverts to "an update is required." I need assistance to resolve this issue.

My game account was compromised, and the stats were manipulated, showing inflated kills and decreased wins, while my acquired weapons and achievements were also removed. This misrepresentation doesn't reflect my actual abilities due to my visual impairment and limited skills. As a retiree with disabilities, this discrepancy is distressing as I have worked hard over six years to attain my legitimate stats. In Black Ops 4, I am experiencing difficulty adjusting the T.V screen safe area option after the initial game setup. This limitation causes parts of the game to be cut off on my television screen, putting me at a disadvantage during gameplay. Despite following the instructions to adjust the display area within the game menu, the changes do not take effect even after multiple attempts and adjustments. It seems that the safe area option in the graphics settings may not be functioning correctly. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue without having to uninstall and reinstall the game, which can be time-consuming. I am experiencing difficulty playing Call of Duty Black Ops 4 online on my PlayStation 4. When I try to connect to the online service, I receive a message saying "The Call of Duty Black Ops 4 server is not available at this time." I have checked the server status on the website, and it shows that all servers are up. I have attempted connecting to different internet connections with separate routers, as well as restarting both my internet and PlayStation console. Other games work fine online. I am experiencing issues with my Call of Duty Black Ops 2 game. I purchased multiple used discs, but they all stop at the 'Activision Presents' loading screen. I bought a new game and encountered the same problem. Additionally, when using a refurbished PS3 console, the same issue occurs. Oddly enough, if I don't update the game, it loads correctly, but then I can't connect to online features. Have you encountered any problems with the Call of Duty Black Ops update? I would appreciate prompt assistance as I have a limited time to return the refurbished console.

I have repeatedly raised concerns about technical problems with Gorod Krovi on Black Ops III for Xbox One. Unfortunately, the issue remains unresolved despite my efforts. Recently, I encountered another glitch in Revelations involving the summoning key portion of the Easter egg. I am frustrated with the lack of resolution. I had hoped that the Xbox system would offer a smoother experience compared to PlayStation.

I am currently playing on the PlayStation III system, focusing on Black Ops I. I am experiencing an issue with my multiplayer level not saving progress. Despite leveling up, whenever I quit and return, my level is reset. Furthermore, there is a limit on how far I can progress in the campaign, even after trying different copies of the game. I am a fan of Call of Duty Ghosts: Extinction mode and along with [redacted] others, we still play and support it. We would love to see a second extinction map. It's the best game I have ever played and I believe your talented team could develop more content, even turning it into a standalone game. It's been over 5 years, and I hope we could have another extinction map, maybe even several more. Many players solely enjoy Ghosts for extinction mode, and I know they would buy additional content. Please consider expanding this game; it has great potential. Thank you for creating such an amazing game that I wouldn't trade for anything.

Recently, a player named SLUMLORDKILLER was using hacks to make his character invincible during matches. After beating him fairly, he started using hacks to decrease my rank, and even sent an offensive message. I kindly request that this player be banned from the MW3 PS3 servers to prevent further disruptions caused by their unsportsmanlike behavior. Dear Customer Service, I am a dedicated fan who has purchased almost all the Call of Duty games. I'm experiencing an issue with my Black Ops 4 season pass. After buying the pass, I didn't receive any exclusive content as expected. While I did get a few maps, non-pass holders were still able to access them. Recently, a new update introduced exciting weapons that I didn't receive despite having purchased the pass. It's frustrating to face opponents with better weapons, impacting my in-game performance due to the time-to-kill differences. Furthermore, the reward system with only one item per hour of playtime feels underwhelming compared to purchasable crates offering three items. Given the lack of exclusive content, I would appreciate a refund for the season pass. It seems unfair that those who didn't buy the pass can access the same content, leaving me feeling like I wasted money.

I recently connected my Amazon Prime account to Twitch to receive Twitch Prime rewards for Black Ops 4. Subsequently, I linked my Xbox/Call of Duty account to Twitch for the specific BO4 rewards. Upon linking my Xbox account, I noticed it displayed my original gamertag "CraftWar88" instead of my current one, "Cuhraft." Despite having changed my gamertag over the years, my account remains the same. After claiming the loot on Twitch Prime, it indicated that the June rewards were delivered. However, upon checking Black Ops 4, the loot does not appear. I speculate this issue may be due to linking my Call of Duty account with the old gamertag without relinking it with the updated one. Nonetheless, since I have always played on Xbox with a single account and only changed my gamertag, I believe this should not impact the rewards. I would appreciate your assistance with this matter. I purchased the Call of Duty: World War II season pass so I could access all the DLC maps. However, I am disappointed to find that there are very few players in the 24/7 season pass mode on multiplayer. I have encountered lobbies with only one other person, and many games end with zero players besides myself. Despite buying two separate DLC packs earlier, I was informed that the season pass was necessary for full DLC map access. I have spent a significant amount of time and money on Call of Duty games over the years, and I believe I deserve a refund for the $50 spent on the season pass. I am seeking a refund for the money I spent on COD points. Recently, I progressed almost 40 tiers in a week and received the worst DLC gun ever added to the game, which lacks hit scan detection. Upon reaching tier 50, I purchased more tiers hoping to obtain the Peacekeeper or Locus from reserve crates but only received weapon charms and pistol camos, mostly duplicates. Despite investing time and over $[redacted] in the game, I feel unrewarded. Meanwhile, three friends spent less time and money and acquired better items. The loot system seems flawed, and unless I receive compensation, I will not support such unethical practices. I have played the franchise since Black Ops 1, but this experience has made me feel scammed. If this issue is not addressed, I will not buy or play your games again.

I have been a dedicated fan of Call of Duty for a long time. However, I am frustrated by the constant changes made by the developers. Each time there is an update, I worry about how it will impact the game. I believe that players should be able to excel with their preferred loadout without constant nerfs. It feels like the game is being altered to cater to casual players at the expense of dedicated ones. I would like to inquire about the current status of CTR in private rooms. It has been frustrating to experience issues when attempting to play privately with friends, despite paying almost $70. When trying to join a private room, the message either indicates that it's unjoinable or offline, even though I know my friends are actively playing. Recently, I managed to race with one friend successfully, but as others attempted to join, they received messages stating I was unjoinable, causing further difficulties. I have always loved Activision games, but the ongoing problems with CTR post-release are concerning. I purchased the game with the intention of playing with friends, not for matchmaking purposes. I will wait another week to see if the issue is resolved, and if not, I may need to consider trading in the game as these persistent issues are affecting my enjoyment. I was thrilled to see a Crash Racing game released, but that excitement has waned. I believe that the IT department and developers need to address and fix this issue promptly. Hello, I own a copy of Modern Warfare 2 and was informed it would be compatible with my Xbox One. After inserting the game, I completed the necessary checks and downloaded some Xbox [redacted] items to enable gameplay. Initially, I could enjoy the game, but now I am unable to access the multiplayer mode. Despite repurchasing the games as downloads, I still encounter issues even though I possess the original disc. My friends have repurchased the game and can access multiplayer, while I am unable to. I noticed unusual scores and extended game duration during one multiplayer session, following which I received rewards. I am concerned that this may have led to my inability to access multiplayer.
