I have switched from console to PC and would like to transfer my game progression. I accidentally created a new Activision account when setting up my Blizzard account, and now I am unable to unlink my Xbox and Blizzard accounts from the new Activision account. I am hoping that by relinking them to my original Activision account, my progress will transfer from Xbox to PC. I am also looking to avoid repurchasing Modern Warfare and Cold War.

Hello Activision, I wanted to reach out to discuss some suggestions for improving Black Ops Cold War. There seem to be a lot of overpowered weapons in the game that I believe could use some balancing. Additionally, I feel that the Weapon Level Progression is too slow and should be increased for a more enjoyable experience. The current skill-based matchmaking is causing frustration for many players as they are being placed in lobbies that are too challenging. This has led to some of my friends deleting the game and regretting their purchase, and I am starting to feel the same way. I hope you can review these issues and consider making some adjustments to make the game more fun for everyone. Thank you.

I uninstalled Warzone back in October [redacted] to free up space for Cold War. Upon installing Cold War, I unintentionally created a new account which is now the one signing me in instead of my main account when I play Warzone or Cold War. Despite Blizzard and Activision showing my main account (Pic11979) as logged in, I can't access it. I have invested a lot of time and money on skins and bundles on my main account, so this situation is very frustrating. I have tried the link/unlink process without success and contacting Activision seems impossible. I simply want my main account (Pic11979) back. Can anyone assist me with this issue, please?

Dear Activision,
I have some exciting ideas for a future Call Of Duty game that I believe would be well-received by the community.
New Game Mode:
I envision a game mode where players create characters who then undergo specialized training before embarking on missions based on the branch chosen, such as Navy Seals or Army. These missions could involve unique scenarios like a special operation in Pakistan or combat in Afghanistan. I believe this concept would appeal to many players.
New Game:
For an upcoming Call Of Duty installment, building on the success of the [redacted] Modern Warfare, a sequel in that universe would be fantastic. Additionally, considering a legacy edition featuring a remastered version of a classic Call Of Duty title not playable on the latest consoles, such as Modern Warfare 3 or the original Black Ops, could garner significant interest.
Thank you for considering these suggestions.

My Activision Account (Bodymore27#[redacted]) has been compromised. The email associated with the account was [redacted] On Sunday, January 31st around 8 pm Eastern time, the email linked to the Activision account was changed without my authorization. The new username being used on the account is ZEPEK667, which I discovered through the Warzone app. I managed to contact the person who took over my account via my temporary account, and they admitted to stealing it. They are demanding that I buy Cold War digitally for PS4 in exchange for returning my account. This feels like blackmail. I have screenshots of the conversation. I believe that it should be a simple process for Activision to revert the email back to me and allow me to change the password.

Hello, my Activision account was recently compromised, and I have been attempting to contact customer support for assistance. The email associated with my account has been changed without my knowledge. I have already submitted an account recovery request but have not received any response. I need help from a support agent at Activision to resolve this matter. I initially played on PlayStation and recently switched to PC. I have linked my accounts and have receipts from purchases made in the PlayStation store for Activision/Call of Duty products. I also have saved YouTube videos featuring my account to prove ownership. Despite numerous calls to their support number, I have not made any progress. This account holds significant monetary value, and I am determined to regain access to it. Thank you.

Hello, I'm Fabio De Rosa, a programmer, IT analyst, and cyber security expert who teaches this subject at government agencies. I've been a dedicated Call of Duty player since the early series on PC and Wii. Recently, I upgraded my PC setup with a new monitor to enjoy gaming with my son. However, I encountered an issue where my account was unexpectedly banned in Call of Duty Warzone, despite playing legitimately. Despite my disappointment, I've decided to start fresh with a new account. I would appreciate the chance to discuss or resolve this issue as a long-time player and investor in gaming companies like Activision Blizzard. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Hi everyone, I am encountering a simple issue regarding my Xbox account. The linked gamertag "overcomerhino22" is not mine, even though I used my main Microsoft login. I am puzzled as to why this gamertag is showing up, and that's my main concern.
Here's the situation: My Xbox One Microsoft account email differs from the one linked with Call of Duty when I purchased Modern Warfare. Upon logging in through Activision, I was unable to connect my primary Xbox account. After unlinking and relinking, I am now stuck with the gamertag "overcomerhino22," which is not mine. I am primarily concerned about retaining my SAW skin in the game. I am willing to repurchase it as long as I can keep my stats, progression, friends list, etc. Everything is set up as I have transitioned to PC, prepared my setup, and am ready to stream Warzone, but I am facing challenges linking my Xbox gamertag "eXe Gh0stie" to my Activision account. My full Call of Duty ID is "eXe Gh0sT#[redacted]." I would greatly appreciate any assistance.

My Warzone account got banned, even though I haven't logged in for over a week. I have streamed the game, proving I'm not cheating. My KD isn't high, around 2.2, and my weekly was about 2.5. I am skilled — a top [redacted] Blackout player on Xbox. I reported real cheaters. This is unfair; it seems I was reported wrongly. Good aim doesn't mean cheating. I want this ban appealed.

Hello,
I discovered that my Call of Duty account has been hacked for a few months now. I have been attempting to reach out to the Call of Duty support team without success.
My PlayStation Network account ID is "C_steely" and my Call of Duty account is under the ID "PlumberBoyy#[redacted]." Unfortunately, someone has accessed my Call of Duty account and unlinked it from my PS4 account "C_steely" to a different PlayStation account, "PiNgQa." I have attempted to manually unlink the accounts but I am unable to do so for another 12 months.
I am seeking assistance in retrieving my Call of Duty account as I have been dealing with this issue for an extended period. Despite my numerous attempts to contact support and follow the website instructions, I have not been successful. I believe my account has been compromised. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
Cameron S.

I created a new Activision and Battle.net account because my old one was hacked. I have proof that it was compromised. The hacker got me permanently banned from Cold War. I tried to contact support, but the bans are final. I purchased Cold War again on my new account, but after playing one game, I was shadowbanned. It's frustrating because I only played one game of Gunfight, didn't perform well, and now I can't find matches. When I do, everyone is talking about being shadowbanned too. I've spent a total of $60 on PS4 Cold War, $42 on PC, and then another $63.99 on a new copy for PC. I hope for assistance in resolving these issues.

A few days before Christmas in [redacted], when I logged into CoDBO:CW, the game prompted me to sign in to my Activision account instead of using my PSN account. I've tried to unlink my account on the website, but it seems it was already done in the last 6 months. Despite my attempts to create a new account and change it, I have been unsuccessful. I have sent multiple emails, including one to the "priority email" address designated for loyal players, but have not received any responses. It's frustrating that there's no easily accessible way to reach out for help. I understand that times are tough, but I wish there was a more efficient way to resolve this simple issue without having to search through numerous forums and posts for a solution or contact information.

Hello, I was recently permanently banned from playing Warzone during the last ban wave and am unsure of the reason. I have invested a significant amount of time into the game, grinding levels, unlocking items, and purchasing cosmetics and battle passes. I want to clarify that I have never used any hacks or cheats while playing. Interestingly, I can still play Cold War with the same account without any issues. I suspect that my Hardware ID might have been spoofed, potentially due to someone using hacks. I have looked into HWID spoofers as a possible explanation but am hesitant to use any such programs. I would like to request that my account be unlinked from Blizzard and my Activision account be unbanned so I can continue playing Warzone on my PS4.

Hello, I have been a player of Call of Duty since [redacted], initially on PS4 and then I switched to PC in August [redacted]. I have never used any third-party applications to cheat or hack. In December [redacted]-January [redacted], there was a discussion about the Warzone Companion App, a third-party application that I downloaded out of curiosity to check player stats but only used it a few times. I have stopped using it since early January [redacted]. Despite my research showing no risk of bans, I was permanently banned on February 3, [redacted], during Activision's enforcement wave. I have invested money and time into this account (Mowja#[redacted]), including purchasing in-game items. I am devastated and would appreciate a review of my appeal. I have gameplay footage from June 1, [redacted], on PS4 to show my progress unlocking Damascus Camo. Call of Duty is significant to me, and I am dedicated to fair play, even reporting suspicious players. I hope for a favorable response soon.

While playing Call of Duty Cold War with a friend, I encountered an error and was unexpectedly kicked out of the game mid-match. The error message prompted me to quit to desktop, and upon reopening Battle.net, I was shocked to see a message stating "Account Banned" beneath the play button. I suspect the player we faced may have been using hacks, as they were at an incredibly high level ([redacted]) and had potentially invalid characters in their name (just 2 dashes). I am uncertain about the specifics of the ban, such as the reason or duration, as I have been unable to locate this information despite searching. I am confused as to whether my account is permanently banned or temporarily suspended. Any guidance on this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Mein Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War Account wurde plötzlich gebannt.

I recently encountered an issue with Call of Duty Mobile where I was locked out of my account. After several unsuccessful attempts to regain access, I resorted to uninstalling and reinstalling the app. To my surprise, upon logging back in with my usual Activision account that I've been actively using for the last few months, I found myself logged into my previous account instead. I tried logging out and back in, but somehow my new account transformed into my old one instantaneously. This unexpected turn of events has resulted in the loss of hundreds of in-game progress and significant monetary investment, leaving me quite frustrated.

As a long-time Warzone player, I have been dedicated to the game since its release. Initially playing on my PS4, I recently transitioned to using a PC at a gaming center due to internet issues at home. Throughout my time playing, I have invested in a battle pass, put in extensive hours to level up my weapons and rank, and secured over 50 wins. I want to clarify that I have never resorted to hacking or considered doing so. I am disheartened by the fact that my account has been shadow banned by Activision, rendering me unable to play for over a week now. I seek assistance in resolving this issue as soon as possible.

I recently upgraded my phone, but I'm having trouble logging into my Call of Duty Mobile account. I've changed phones before without any issues, but this time my email isn't working for login and I'm not receiving the password recovery emails. Despite having my UID number, I can't find a way to access my account with it. I'm finding it impossible to contact Activision for support. The phone numbers provided have not been helpful, as one disconnects after one ring and the other just directs me back to the website. I've invested money in this account, so it's crucial for me to regain access. Connecting with someone at Activision directly would be the most helpful solution at this point.

Hello, I'm reaching out about an issue with my Call of Duty MW2 account. I play fair and strive to improve my gameplay consistently. Despite encountering hackers using aimbots or other cheats, I have never engaged in such activities. I spend hours on YouTube learning how to enhance my skills and optimize my ASTRO A50 headset for better audio. However, as a new PC player with a slow internet connection of 4 MB/s, I face challenges. It's disheartening to invest time daily, only to lose to someone using unfair advantages. I took a break from the game last year due to personal reasons, only playing sporadically. Please reconsider the ban on my account, as gaming with my friends is a cherished escape for me. I can provide proof of my internet status if needed. Kindly lift the ban and allow me to rejoin my friends in the game. Thank you.
