On May 22, [redacted], I was playing Call of Duty Warzone when I got disconnected from a game. Upon landing in the lobby, a message prompted me to restart the client due to an update. After restarting, I stepped away for a bit, only to return later to find out I had been permantely banned without any explanation. I am certain I did not violate any rules as I only had Discord running in the background during my gameplay session.

I have been banned without knowing the reason. I have never hacked or modified the game. I've been playing BO2 properly since the beginning. I don't understand why I was banned; I logged in again and found out I was banned. Can you please unbanned me or provide a reason for the ban? If I cannot be unbanned, I would like a refund. I have purchased the game twice, once on PS4 and once on PC. I wanted to stream the game on my PC, but I can't now due to the ban. I appreciate your assistance. Thank you.

Two weeks ago, I contacted Activision because I lost access to my account, and all my purchased content along with any other content got reset. Now I received this response:
"Hello,
We have detected a block or a security breach on your Activision account. Blocked or security breach reported accounts will not be processed.
Activision Support"
I have not done anything that could lead to being locked out. I enjoy the game without hacking, cheating, or insulting people. I have invested several hundred euros in the game and played many hundreds of hours. It's frustrating to be blocked like this.
I kindly request for my case to be reviewed, and for my account to be reinstated.

Hello, I need some assistance. Recently, I have been experiencing a recurring issue with my main gaming account. It all started when I was banned after playing an AI match, which I found odd at first. But now, every time I play 1 or 2 normal matches, I end up getting banned again. It seems like it might be due to player reports, but I'm not sure why I would be reported as I don't engage in any inappropriate behavior.
I believe there might be a problem with the report system because all I want to do is play seriously and aggressively, not to cause trouble. However, it's becoming impossible for me to play the way I enjoy. I play using my fingers, not a controller or keyboard, in case that information is relevant.

The Black Ops Cold War Ultimate Edition on PS4 has a controller connection glitch that occurs frequently during campaign and multiplayer, even in the beta. This issue forces me to power off the system manually by using the power button, then unplugging it. I have to wait for 60 seconds for the system to reset, plug it back in, reboot, and then restart the game. This process is very inconvenient and not enjoyable, especially considering how often it happens.

I bought a legendary weapon, the NA-45 Lycanthrope, on COD Mobile using hundreds of dollars, but it got removed due to an Activision IT bug. I've been in contact with their support for about four weeks, and they have refused to refund, credit, or replace the weapon. They claim that CP purchases are non-refundable, which I find unfair and unacceptable. It feels like theft and highly unethical business behavior to take payment for something and then not deliver the product.

Hello Activision support, I am reaching out for the last time as I am unsure of what to do next.
My Activision account was banned from Modern Warfare ([redacted]) a month ago without any valid reason. I can assure you that I didn't engage in hacking, cheating, or hateful speech during gameplay. Despite creating two new accounts to access Warzone, those also faced restrictions, leading me to believe it might be an IP ban. While I sought assistance from support, I was informed that there was no resolution. Frustrated, I moved on and purchased the new game, Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War, using the same account, only to be banned on November 14, [redacted]. Once again, with no wrongdoing on my part. If account recovery is not possible, I would consider a refund, but my ultimate desire is to continue playing Call of Duty.
This situation has caused me significant stress and sadness, and I genuinely hope for a resolution. Your cooperation in lifting the IP ban and reactivating my account would be greatly appreciated as I maintain my innocence and adherence to the Terms of Service. I'm unsure why my account was banned. I've always taken care of it and invested a lot of time and effort in it. The ban seems to have occurred after a random disconnection that crashed my game. I'm not sure what to say, as I'm unclear about what happened. I've never shared my password or had weak credentials for anyone to guess. I recently experienced a sudden shadow ban on Call of Duty Modern Warfare and Warzone without any valid reason. After playing without issues, my ping suddenly spiked to [redacted], and I started encountering players using cheats and aim bots. I have always played fairly and have no interest in cheating. I am reaching out regarding an issue with my recovery ticket for my account. On November 21st, I received an email notifying me that my email account had been changed. I clicked on the link provided but did not create a new account as I believed my original account was still active.
The Activision account that has my details is under Moda#[redacted]. I submitted a ticket to regain access to this account, but I am concerned that any notifications will go to the hacker's email address. When I tried to submit the ticket again, I received a message indicating that a previous ticket is still in progress.

I recently purchased a gaming laptop to play Call of Duty Warzone with my partner. However, after setting up a new Windows account and experiencing a sudden increase in ping to [redacted], we were unable to play due to an apparent ban. My account was compromised on Call of Duty Modern Warfare on October 24th. I followed the necessary steps to report the issue to Activision, and they mentioned it could take a week to resolve. It's now been a full month without any updates or resolution. I invested money and time to achieve the Damascus status on that account, only to lose access to it. I am frustrated and would appreciate a contact number or email from Activision to address this matter promptly. My Activision ID was DirtyIyanna#[redacted], and the email associated with the account was [redacted], which the hacker altered. I eagerly await a response to either regain my account or receive a refund for my purchases and unlock Damascus on a fresh account.

On November 15th, when attempting to play Call of Duty Cold War, a prompt to log in to the Activision account appeared. Visiting the Activision website, a new account creation was required instead of logging in. After discussing the issue with a friend, it was discovered that the account was still listed on the friend's profile under the PSN Q2jji. Despite initially being logged into the account on the Call of Duty companion app, the user is now logged into a new Activision ID. Subsequently, the ID was changed to NO0RH. The user has retained receipts for all purchases made on the account and believes that Activision could verify the IP address to confirm the account theft on that specific day.

I am experiencing difficulty accessing my Call of Duty Modern Warfare account. The system has indicated that I have been banned for 6 days due to a violation of security and enforcement policies, even though I do not engage in cheating, hacking, or any harmful behavior towards other players. I have encountered an issue with my Battle.net account being linked to the incorrect email/Activision account. Somehow, it is preventing me from unlinking it to connect with the correct one and restoring my progress on my original account. This change was not made by me, and I suspect a potential hacking incident or a glitch caused it. Despite my efforts to rectify the situation, I have not made any headway in resolving this matter.

I bought Cold War on my brother's PC, which I'm borrowing. I checked the requirements and didn't realize a Direct X 12 was needed. I thought of upgrading to Windows 10, but my brother prefers his current system. I wish to refund the game to buy it on Xbox instead to avoid spending an extra $[redacted] CAD.
