I have been playing Modern Warfare since it was released, and I have accumulated many days of playtime and millions of points. However, when I logged in recently, I was shocked to see that all my stats had been reset. Now, I am only at rank [redacted] with 18 games played. I had spent countless hours grinding to reach around 10 days of playtime, 4-5 million score, and 22-23k kills. Strangely, my rewards and platinum weapon camos are still intact; it's just my stats that have been affected. I am reaching out to see if there is an explanation for this issue and if there is any way to restore my stats to what they were before. Your help in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

While playing duo BR, I encountered an issue where my teammate wasn't visible in the left upper corner, possibly indicating they left before the game started. This happened twice in a row. The main concern arose when I survived till the end and eliminated the 5th player. The commander then mentioned that there were still 2 teams left. However, after another player got eliminated, leaving 3 players, the win announcement was made, even though I was still alive, fully equipped with ammo, a level 3 vest, and full health. Strangely, this win doesn't reflect in my statistics. I find it odd that the game ended despite me being alive with 3 players remaining. Please investigate this and consider awarding me the win as I believe I had a strong chance of winning. I am a fan of the game and would appreciate your help in clearing up this situation.

This is regarding COD WW2. I previously shared feedback but missed important personal details. I've been devoted to playing Call Of Duty WW2, opening numerous supply drops whether bought or earned. My main focus has been the Repeller 2, solely for its appearance, and I'm willing to pay up to $15 for it. There has been an increase in encountering hackers in Call of Duty Mobile lately. I have come across players using radar hacks and one-shot kills with weapons like the AK. Despite having a good internet connection with around 56 ping, the killcams show them taking me down in just one shot. It's frustrating to deal with hackers who effortlessly jump around, don't even aim at me, and have an unusually high fire rate. This has made it impossible for me to enjoy ranked matches. I sincerely hope that you address this issue by promptly banning those who are confirmed to be cheating. Thank you.

Hello, Activision. I am experiencing problems with my Modern Warfare Spec Ops mode. I am playing on PS4 using the disc version of the game. When I tried to access the Spec Ops mode, it prompted me to download something to continue. After downloading, it prompted for another download, leading me to the PlayStation Store where I encountered the message "this content cannot be selected at this time." Despite attempting common troubleshooting steps like restoring licenses and restarting the PS4, I am still unable to play Spec Ops. What steps should I take next?

I was permanently banned from COD: Modern Warfare ([redacted]) without even playing a single game. Despite facing DEV ERROR [redacted] from day one, I attempted to troubleshoot by updating the game and drivers, only to find myself banned upon opening the game. The customer service ticket provided no assistance, offering no reason for the ban and disregarding my concerns. I feel unfairly treated and in need of help.

Hello, I am seeking information about why my Call of Duty Mobile account was banned this evening. I was able to play without any issues earlier this morning. I am from Malaysia. Could it be related to my use of a game booster that activates a VPN on my phone to address lag problems? Or is it due to several reports from other players? About a month ago, my PSN account got hacked, and all my information was altered. The same situation occurred with my Activision account, and the profile name was changed too. I'm eager to revert to my original profile name, but the hacker already used my token. I don't want to wait another 6 months for a new token. I've now set up a two-step verification for added security. Any assistance with this issue would be greatly appreciated.

In the last 24 hours, someone accessed my PS4 and altered my Activision ID without permission. The new name is offensive, and I am unable to change it for six months. This situation has left me embarrassed and hesitant to play. Is it possible to reset my account ID to its previous state or provide me with another name change? My account email is [redacted], and the new ID is now "Heidi-Destroyer#[redacted]." I wish to have it changed back to "LUKE-CAMERON-" as it was before.

To whom it may concern, I am truly upset about what occurred while playing Call of Duty: Battle Royale today. After getting my 4th kill while playing with a friend, my connection was unexpectedly terminated, and I received a ban until [redacted]. I had recently purchased the battle pass with real money before this happened. While I am unsure why I was banned, I suspect it might be related to cheating, which I assure you I did not engage in. I need to unlink my Blizzard account from Activision as it’s currently linked to the wrong Blizzard account belonging to a family member. The Activision account linked doesn’t have any of my games, and I mistakenly bought Call of Duty on the other account that I actually use. I want the correct Blizzard account linked to my Activision account.

I received Modern Warfare [redacted] as a gift, but unfortunately, it didn't include a separate insert with a code. I've been trying to redeem the code located at the bottom left of the cover insert between the Activision email address and the barcode, but it's not working on the COD account page. I'm unable to access any mode of the game. I live in an area that's been hit hard by hurricanes, and our power, Wi-Fi, and cell service are unreliable. I've been attempting to get help and support for over 45 minutes now. Please assist me with this issue.

I am unable to play multiplayer on the same console with a friend or run survival with just two people. I am not interested in playing with random individuals, as it defeats the purpose of the game. The current online setup deviates from previous games like MW3, 4, and Ghost, which were more user-friendly. I am disappointed with the rushed and misleading nature of the game and its advertisements. Setting up a private match with friends is challenging unless everyone is online on their consoles. It feels like a joke and a waste of money. I appreciate any assistance, as many of us are frustrated with this experience. The information provided by Activision support seems fake, and reaching out for help has been unsuccessful.

I bought CoD: Modern Warfare last week and installed it. I thought I had everything, but when I went to play Co-Op, it said I was missing DLC content. Recently, it's challenging to report players or view their profiles after a game because they disappear and end up in a different match. I disagree with banning individuals for confronting campers or cheaters. Players shouldn't get reprimanded for calling out bad behavior. I think we should have transparency on the banned word list. While there may be restrictions, players should be allowed to express frustration about cheaters and unfair kills. Additionally, the game's realism should be improved. Being shot should affect your ability to shoot accurately, yet this game overlooks that aspect. It's frustrating to unload rounds into someone only to be killed in return. It's unrealistic and needs to be addressed.

I’m experiencing an issue with my PlayStation game, Modern Warfare. Every time I try to connect to online services, I receive an error message with no code. I have spent 7 hours troubleshooting by restarting and unplugging my modem, router, and redownloading the game, but nothing has worked. Curiously, my brother can play without any problems on the same network. I suspect that I may have been mistakenly banned due to a possibly unfair use of the "report player" feature by an opposing team I bested in a match. I have evidence of their misconduct and threats. I kindly ask Activision to review and remove any wrongful ban that may have been placed on my account.

I recently purchased the new Call of Duty game, and I must say, I love it! However, since season 1 was released, I have been encountering issues that are making the game less enjoyable for me. During matches, I often experience a message saying "match started, loading level," resulting in a "disconnected due to transmission error" most of the time. Some might attribute this to a connection problem, but I am using a direct connection to my router with the 1TB Xfinity internet, and my other online games work perfectly. After researching, I found out that this issue is common among the community. We all hope to see this problem fixed soon, or I would like a full refund. When the game was initially launched, I had no problems with it, running smoothly without any major issues.

It has been a while since I last used my Garena account or played any games on it, probably back in 2[redacted] with Blackshot. I recently downloaded the new COD game and wanted to log in using my Garena account but couldn't remember my password. When I tried to reset the password through the website, it wouldn't allow me to do so at that time. I also attempted to use my phone number for the process, but it was deemed invalid.
After trying different methods on the site with no success, I navigated to the customer service page. When I saw the option to email them for assistance, I was hopeful that it would help. To my dismay, clicking on the option prompted me to log in to access the email feature, which seemed ironic given my login issue.
I am frustrated by this experience and I just want to reset my password. I find it contradictory that I need to log in to email for help when I am unable to do so due to forgetting my password. I hope this can be resolved promptly. Thank you.

I've encountered numerous issues with the game - from developer codes, error messages, lags, glitchy gameplay, blue screens, to imbalanced CPU and GPU usage. Additionally, I've faced problems with friends disappearing from my list, party disbanding after each game, and various performance-hindering bugs. Despite the full game being out for months following extensive testing phases, it still feels incomplete. It's frustrating as having invested in a high-end PC, the game doesn't run smoothly like my other 11 titles. Searching for help online is disheartening as the support page suggests merely rebooting the game if it crashes, which seems like a major oversight from the developers. It's a letdown given the history of this franchise, repeating CPU issues from MW2. The lack of reliable support or customer service only adds to the overall dissatisfaction with the gaming experience.
