On January 1st, I signed up for the Atlantic City 70.3 event happening this Sunday. I never received any confirmation email. The only evidence I have is my January credit card statement showing charges of $53.38 for the USAT fee and $[redacted].50 for the Ironman registration fee. I checked my Active.com account, but there's no information about the event. I've already reserved a room in AC for 3 days, and the event is just around the corner in three days. I'm starting to panic! I wish I could speak to someone over the phone. I really need a quick resolution to this issue.

I am contacting you regarding myself, Paul Casino, and my brother, Andrew Casino.
Both of us were registered for IM [redacted] Switzerland in Thun but were deferred to [redacted] due to the pandemic. Now, we are looking to participate in IM [redacted] Switzerland and redeem our deferred/paid status for the upcoming race. I recently received an email permitting me to priority register for the [redacted] race via my Active.com account. Using my Active.com login, I successfully registered for the [redacted] IM race and utilized the paid credit from [redacted], thus avoiding an additional payment.
Regrettably, my brother Andrew did not receive an email from Active or Ironman for priority registration. Currently, when he attempts to register for IM [redacted] Thun, the form requests his credit card for the full payment.
We kindly request assistance in facilitating his priority registration for IM [redacted] utilizing his paid credit from [redacted], as I was able to do.
