Back in January, I ordered a Lane [redacted] Stallion Wall Saver Recliner from Hayneedle.com. It was delivered on February 5th. Initially, we found the box was damaged but thankfully the recliner was intact. When we recently tried to assemble it, we realized the handle screws were missing. We have other Lane recliners and know how they should be, so we are surprised by this oversight. We would appreciate it if the missing screws could be sent to us so we can complete the assembly. I contacted Hayneedle and was directed to reach out to Lane. After looking up Lane's contact information online, I hope to receive the screws soon to resolve this issue. Thank you.

In April [redacted], I bought two recliners and other Lane Furniture from Showcase Furniture in Manassas, VA. The store has closed since then. One of the recliners, which has a Lifetime warranty on the mechanism, experienced a failure with parts falling out (a screw and a dowel pin). Showcase Furniture recommended Palmer Furniture Repair in Glen Burnie, MD ([redacted]) for repairs but stated they need authorization. I am confident they can replace the parts to fix the recliner. The recliner's Serial number is [redacted]72.

I purchased the Lane Grant Gray dresser from The Classy Home and it was delivered on May 29. However, upon inspection, I found the drawers were broken and disconnected from the tracks. I contacted The Classy Home, and they requested videos and photos of the damage, which I promptly sent. Unfortunately, they claim they did not receive them and I had to resend via email link. It has been a week with no resolution. The Classy Home even offered a discount if I kept the damaged item, which is unacceptable. I am looking for a full credit of $[redacted].44 to my Visa. As I am leaving for the summer in two days, the dresser needs to be resolved quickly. Your assistance and advice on how to proceed would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. L. N.

I recently purchased one of your beautiful chairs from Choice Furniture in Plattsburgh, NY, in December [redacted]. Over a year later, the chair started making chomping sounds when reclined. Despite multiple calls, the repairman sent by Willy, the manager, only removed a broken part. Two months later, after contacting Willy again, two more servicemen came promising to fix the chair, but no service was provided. I am willing to pay for the service as the chair cost over $[redacted] and I rely on it daily due to my limited mobility. Any suggestions on how to proceed would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. - Charlotte M.

I bought a lift recliner from Furniture Fair in Rocky Mount, NC for $[redacted] plus tax. Within a week, it developed discoloration. The store referred me to Lane Furniture for warranty coverage. At 81 years old, I feel cheated and just want a lift chair that looks good and is comfortable. Please assist me.

I purchased a Lane faux leather sleeper sectional in [redacted], but within five years, the material began to peel and flake, making it look years older than it should. Despite our loyalty to Lane for years, this experience has been disappointing as we always associated Lane with quality. The serial number for our furniture is [redacted]07.
After reaching out to Sofas and Sectionals, they were unable to assist us and referred us back to the manufacturer. We are looking for a resolution from Lane, preferably a repair or replacement using genuine leather instead of the previous material. We hope for a prompt response to address this issue effectively.

I need assistance with a damaged chair. I purchased 2 Lane wingback recliners, and a spring that supports the leg-rest on one of them is broken. Attached are photos illustrating the issue. The first shows the broken spring, the second displays its location, the third presents the area with an intact spring, and the last exhibits how the chair appears without the spring.
The model information from the sales order is: "2[redacted] COCOA 21". It is inconvenient for me to transport the chair for repairs, so I'm seeking a replacement spring that I can easily install myself.
I appreciate your help in advance. These chairs have been great, and I look forward to enjoying them for years to come.
Thank you,

I am seeking assistance regarding a reclining love seat purchased from Classy Home online furniture company in December [redacted]. An extended warranty was acquired around October [redacted]. Recently, I observed the headrest peeling due to contact with my Barrett and the seat area puckering possibly from my chain wallet. Despite filing a claim for the damage, it was denied citing normal wear and tear. The sofa now has peeling in other areas after less than 2 years of use. As a senior on a fixed income without pets or children causing wear, I am unable to afford a replacement. The material's poor quality is evident, and the additional accidental insurance appears ineffective. Now, I have noticed the other side of the seat is showing signs of peeling. Considering the significant investment made in purchasing this sofa, I believe it should not deteriorate in this manner. Any assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Cathy Carlino.

I purchased two rocker recliners this year from Home Furniture in Clarksville, TN. One of the recliners makes a piping noise when reclining and is difficult to put down. After the technician visited, they said they would replace the chair. Three weeks have passed, and I haven't received any updates. Visiting the store, they mentioned they will replace the mechanical part. It's now the end of July, and there has been no further communication unless I reach out. Additionally, the second recliner is now leaning on the right side. I simply want a clear update on the first recliner's progress before addressing the second one. I am disappointed with the service and hesitant to make future purchases from them.

We bought a "Lane Endurance Sofa & Loveseat" in June [redacted], and it's already showing significant wear on the arms and partiality pads, which is disappointing. The purchase was made at Meridian Home Furnishing in Meridian, Idaho. We visited the store on August 21 to address the issue and provided pictures as evidence. The salesperson insinuated we were misusing the furniture, but we clarified that the wear was disproportionate to our use. After contacting the store, they suggested we continue using it until it worsens for potential assistance. We are unsure if the manufacturer will support us or if we are solely reliant on the store's decision. We are open to sharing photos to further illustrate the problem.
Regarding the fabric warranty, it covers fraying and seam slippage for one year, excluding damage from excessive soiling, improper cleaning, or chemical treatments. Misuse of protective treatments can void the fabric warranties.

I purchased a Lane lift chair, model [redacted]-15, back in April [redacted]. In mid-October, the back stopped working properly. I reached out to Lane and was contacted on October 31, [redacted]. I provided all requested information including pictures of the chair and the UPC code. Despite my efforts, my last communication was on December 6, [redacted], and I have still not received a resolution or any response. It is crucial that the chair gets fixed as my husband, who is 6’7” and suffers from congestive heart failure, relies on it for sleeping and resting. I have tried unplugging and plugging it back in, but the issue persists. I am feeling extremely frustrated and let down by the lack of assistance from the company. Can someone please help us repair the chair?
