I called last month regarding my card that is under investigation due to my tax refund deposited in March. Following my surgery and hospital stay, upon discharge on June 5, I contacted my tax preparer who confirmed the deposit in March. They mentioned sending a check within 10 days as it has been two to three weeks. I received a statement showing $[redacted] spent on the card and encountered rude representatives when inquiring via phone and email. I reached out to the main company for help but have not received a clear response or my funds. I am a parent of 6 and due to my hospitalization, I have outstanding bills and no funds. I just need some clarity and my money back as soon as possible.

I noticed that Achieve mistakenly deducted $[redacted].00 from my account. Despite admitting the error, they have not reversed the transaction or re-deposited the funds. Today, I waited for 1 hour and 40 minutes for a representative to answer the phone but was unsuccessful. I raised this issue with them on Tuesday, June 9, and was initially told it would be resolved within 24 to 48 hours. However, it has been over three days now with no solution. I am unable to find a phone number to speak with someone in the "back office" who can actually address the problem. The financial strain caused by this error, additional charges, and the impact on my utilities is significant. This setback is particularly challenging given my limited income, derailing my financial progress for months to come.

I am experiencing a problem with Visa Debit Card ending in [redacted] that had $5,[redacted].41 and was reportedly sent to The State of Delaware in September [redacted]. The State of Delaware's claims auditor denies receiving the funds, and I have a letter from them about this matter (Claim # [redacted]). I wonder where my money went and suspect possible theft by someone at Achieve. I am frustrated by the lack of documentation proving the escheatment, unhelpful customer service, lack of notification on account closure, and the inability to retrieve my money after 20 months. AchieveCard has all my details, yet fails to provide any useful information to resolve this issue.

I tried to withdraw money from an ATM but was informed that I had exceeded my daily limit. Initially, I requested $[redacted], then tried again for $40. I later tried for another $[redacted] without realizing I was being charged each time. I filed a dispute on August 2, [redacted], but the amount has not been refunded yet. Customer service keeps redirecting my request to another department with no response. Despite multiple calls and requests to speak with a supervisor or someone in corporate, I am told to wait 24 to 48 hours each time. As of August 10, [redacted], the money has not been returned to my account. I explained my urgent need for the funds as I risk being evicted due to unpaid rent, but I keep getting delayed. I am considering legal action beyond the $[redacted] owed to me.

I am having trouble with my Achieve card as it won't be unblocked until 24-48 hours excluding weekends. My pension check just got deposited, and I ordered an Uber. Being 65 years old, I don't drive, and I entered the wrong CVV code because I forgot the Achieve card. I believe they could release it sooner, but they are only providing me with customary lip service. It's the weekend, and I am broke as I need to pay rent and buy groceries. Despite my situation, they are not willing to assist me. I feel alone and frustrated, and I have been in tears. I am exhausted by the automated responses from their representatives. Please help me.
