I placed an order on 06/16/22, but I have yet to receive it. Despite numerous calls, I have not gotten any responses or assistance. When I did manage to speak with a representative in October [redacted], I was informed that if the item was not in the warehouse, there was no estimate for the wait time. They were unable to check warehouse inventory for availability. I have waited on hold for up to an hour before giving up due to the long wait times. I have also requested a callback through the website but never got one. Strangely, the website is no longer loading for me. At this point, I would like to cancel my order.
