Regarding REF703228 and my recent interactions, I would like to address a few points. After two phone calls, where I was promised a callback, I unfortunately did not receive one as agreed upon. I have been eagerly waiting at home all day for assistance, as was mentioned in our conversation. I am struggling to send over my dashcam footage and require guidance from your tech team. I was assured they would contact me to provide instructions due to my limited computer knowledge. Additionally, I would like to decline the courtesy car offer as it is not suitable for my narrow car park entrance, causing me anxiety about potential damage. While driving that car, another driver damaged my driver's side mirror. I contacted your company for guidance on next steps as the other driver did not share insurance details. Upon trying to get insurance for my current vehicle recently, I discovered a problem. Multiple companies mentioned a claim from 2[redacted] under my name while I was with AXA insurance, despite me not filing any claims as I handled the repair independently.
