Despite presenting the problem to AT&T customer service, they claim that the responsibility lies with Bell South. However, according to your website, customer service should be available 24/7, which does not seem to be the case. Currently, I am on hold on my home phone line at [redacted] and have been awaiting assistance. I am reaching out for support on behalf of a visually impaired, diabetic, elderly individual living alone. I reside six miles away and am willing to drive over to help them. I have even involved law enforcement for additional safety measures, waiting for their response along with yours. Let's see who responds first and upholds the customer service standards promised by your company as a "free service that aids customers."

I received a call from your number, but there was no response when I answered. I am puzzled about why I am unable to access my bellsouth.net email account. For more than two decades, I have not encountered any issues. The error message I am receiving instructs me to review my input and try again. It also warns that I will need to reset my password due to numerous failed sign-in attempts. The specific error code displayed is "Care Code: [redacted] [LU100]." This situation is completely new to me, and I am uncertain why it is happening now after all these years without any problems.

Seven months ago, the company conducted work in our neighborhood. They installed an orange cable throughout the green housing and around the corner, connecting it to another green box. Incomplete work left black wires exposed on the ground. The situation persists without resolution, making it difficult for residents to maintain their surroundings. The orange cable has been damaged and encroached upon my neighbor's yard, causing frustration and inconvenience. Across the street, a similar issue with a black cable adds to the ongoing problem. We seek a prompt response to address this matter as it has been unresolved for far too long.
