I called on Wednesday regarding no dial tone, but could only access the automated system. The phone number provided for California service on Get Human is out of service. The problem was marked as resolved without any action. On Monday, I submitted another report, encountering the same issue of only reaching the phone tree. Upon reaching a point where I was promised a transfer to customer service, the call abruptly ended after being informed of high call volume. This experience has been immensely frustrating. It appears that Get Human needs to update its information, if indeed it is possible to speak with a representative.

I encountered a glitch while trying to make a payment on my credit application last night. I saved my cart instead, but now it seems to have vanished. I received an email asking me to verify my email, and I have an account number, although only the last 4 digits are provided. I've tried to retrieve my cart to continue my application, but I'm unable to do so as my email is not being recognized. I've spoken with several online representatives, but no one can locate my cart. I don't mind starting over, but I'm concerned about having my credit checked multiple times. I took a picture of the payment amount, but unfortunately, I cropped it. I wish I had saved the entire picture as it may have contained a helpful number. I'm seeking assistance with this frustrating issue as I've been trying to resolve it online for hours with no luck.

Regarding Account # [redacted] [redacted] 5 for Plain Old Telephone Service (POTS). On 8/3/[redacted], I retrieved my phone bill statement from 6/23/[redacted], with a due amount of $8.09 by 7/23/18 (Universal CA Lifeline). This was the only bill I received for that period. I had noticed the overdue date and promptly paid online on 8/3/[redacted]. However, I had concerns as the envelope appeared opened and resealed when found in the shared mailbox area of my townhouse complex. Could the mail carrier have mistakenly placed it in the communal mailbox and then later correctly delivered it to my box? While I managed to settle the aforementioned bill online, it seems another payment of $22.68, due by 8/23/[redacted], remains unresolved. This bill includes an "Adjustments of $6.50 or late payment charge," which amounts to 80.35% of the original $8.09 bill. I am disappointed with AT&T's handling of this matter, considering my history of timely payments. I humbly request a review of my payment history prior to 8/3/[redacted], which should reflect a consistent record of on-time payments. I acknowledge this late payment was an error beyond my control. I kindly ask that you waive the late payment penalty on my account. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, J.L.

Hello, I have been an AT&T customer for approximately 4.5-5.0 years at my current address in the [redacted] zip code. During this time, the only change I made to my service plan was upgrading my internet once. My home phone plan is the premium plan at $50.00 a month, even though I never use the features. I recently noticed on my attlocal.com service page that the international calls feature was disabled and not able to be enabled. My plan should include unlimited international calls, even though I haven't used it yet. It is frustrating that a feature I have been paying for is not being provided appropriately after five years of faithful payments.

Date: September 6, [redacted] Subject: Recent Discovery of Unimplemented Feature in my Home Phone Plan I have the "Phone International Plus" service plan for my home phone, listed at $40.00 a month. However, my bill shows I am being charged $47.65. Upon using the service tool >ATTLOCAL.COM< to browse phone features, I discovered that certain features I have been paying for were disabled. Although I could activate most features, the international outgoing calls feature remained disabled and could not be activated. Despite paying for these features for five years, they were never fully activated. I believe I should be compensated for this oversight, either with an overpayment refund or by crediting my account with $[redacted].00 annually for four years to address the lack of service. I don't think this was intentional, but rather a result of negligence and poor work ethics. At the time of discovery, my home phone capabilities were less than what AT&T offers in its basic $15.00 plan.

My business phone and internet services were provided by AT&T. In December, I canceled two phone lines and internet services with the primary number [redacted] and an additional number [redacted]. I transferred the second number to a wireless AT&T account for a Nighthawk WiFi hotspot. Even though I have a gift card to pay the past due balance for the WiFi hotspot, AT&T claims I owe $[redacted] on an outstanding bill. I have confirmed twice that these accounts were closed and paid in full, yet the bill persists. I have also discovered an unfamiliar number associated with my business, [redacted]. I would appreciate assistance from someone knowledgeable in resolving these ongoing issues with my business phones and internet. I have noticed that personal information, including emails and cell numbers, was mistakenly connected to these accounts when it should have been solely business-related. Thank you for your help.

I would like to cancel my AT&T service for phone, internet, and long distance. I recently switched to Comcast, gave them legal permission to transfer my landline phone number, and as a result, my DSL internet service and long distance got canceled since they were connected to my phone number. My advice is if you're switching providers, let them handle the cancellation process to avoid the hassle. When I contacted AT&T to confirm the cancellation, I was surprised by how pleasant and helpful they were, despite their efforts to retain me as a customer.

For the March payment, I recently noticed that my accounts for TV, internet, and cell phone were combined into one bill, although I usually pay for my cell phone separately. I made a payment of $[redacted].70 on 2/27/20 and also paid $62.04 for my cell phone on the same day. This should indicate an overpayment of $62.04 for March, which I expected to be adjusted on my April bill. However, upon reviewing my April bill, I did not see the overpayment reflected. I would like to request confirmation that the overpayment has been acknowledged and the necessary adjustments have been made to my bill. Please note that the payment dates may appear different on your system as I make payments through my bank online, which can take 1-3 days to process. For the April bill, the total amount due is $[redacted].15. I made a payment of $[redacted].22 for TV and internet, intending to pay for my cell phone separately as usual. The cell phone charge for April is $61.93, which I have not paid due to the overpayment in March. This should result in a remaining overpayment of $0.11. I kindly ask for a review of this situation to ensure if my calculations are accurate or if there is an error on my part. Thank you, Wanda K. M. [redacted] Keema Ave Sacramento, CA. Since today, my landline phone display has been showing "NO LINE." I've checked everything, but it's my only phone, and I'm homebound due to medical reasons. I've tried to find an email contact to request a service technician to fix the issue, but it seems the only way to reach assistance is by phone, which is impossible for me right now. I am worried about not being able to contact anyone in case of an emergency since my phone is out of order. The solution provided to me requires a working phone, which is the issue I'm facing without a functional phone line.

One of my landline phones has had no dial tone since December 8, [redacted]. We experienced two power outages and a severe rainstorm around that time. Despite checking all phones, I haven't been able to resolve the issue. The phone displays a message saying it is "in use," but when I call the number, it rings without the answering machine picking up. The other landline, which I use for my FAX, is working fine. A similar issue happened in the past, and a technician found equipment problems down the street. I believe remote diagnosis could help identify the issue. This landline is crucial for opening the gate to my gated community. Thank you for your assistance!

Hello, I'm Rad. In December [redacted], I visited California as a tourist. At an AT&T store, I requested internet and a phone number for my three-week stay, agreeing to pay around $40 with my Visa card. Recently, I discovered more than $40 has been deducted from my account monthly for over two years, despite not using the services or being contacted. My brother-in-law in California contacted AT&T Customer Support, who promised a refund for the last 3 months and cancellation of the contract. However, the deductions persist. I seek advice on resolving this issue promptly. Thank you for any assistance. My prepaid number is +1[redacted] and my email is [redacted]
