I am from Colombia and last year I acquired a debit card to use in Australia. Now that I have returned to Colombia in January, I need to cancel the debit card and close the account as I no longer need it and find the bank charges high fees. I have been attempting to cancel it for over two months. Can you please assist me with this matter as I am currently in Colombia? Thank you.

Hello, I urgently need some money as I lost my wallet with cash in it. I have available funds on my credit card but only require access to $60 for food and transportation. Currently, my card is restricted. Please assist.
Today, I contacted ANZ and was transferred to three different departments, undergoing the identification process three times. This caused me to return to work without lunch, making me late. This experience was unpleasant.
My credit card has been canceled even though I have available funds that I cannot use. I question why I should continue making repayments when I receive no benefit, despite being up to date. Doesn't this contradict your policy outlined in the product guide and features PDF?

I am Hyacinth Charles, and I am facing an issue with Deceased Estates regarding my late brother Lawrence B. Charles' estate with reference number S-[redacted]. Since October [redacted], I have been trying to resolve this matter. However, I have encountered repeated instances of withheld information and lack of acknowledgment. I feel utterly disregarded in my attempts to communicate, having spent money on international calls, time, and being a grieving family member of your former client. The disrespectful customer service experiences have left me feeling manipulated and deceived. I recently contacted the deceased estate office, realizing that without supervisory oversight, the issue will not be resolved. Consequently, I sent an email to [redacted] to express my dissatisfaction and seek a swift resolution. This is my second complaint attempting to address how Deceased Estates has mishandled my case. I am seeking oversight and a resolution to attend to my brother's matters within his estate. I kindly request your attention to this issue. Email me at [redacted] for further correspondence. I appreciate your quick and effective response. Hyacinth Charles.

Dear Sir/Madam,
My son and his partner reside and work in Wellington and bank with ANZ. I live in Jamaica with my wife and plan to visit New Zealand (second visit) to stay in Whangarei for 6 months (Nov [redacted] - May [redacted]). During our last visit, we found using our UK debit cards for money access costly due to high ATM service charges and unfavorable exchange rates. We are exploring more efficient ways to access funds in New Zealand. Is it possible for us to open an ANZ account, which we can then close after departing New Zealand?
According to my son, this may be a viable option. I await your response eagerly.
Best regards, Alan Ross

I have attempted to reach a customer service representative several times, but the calls keep disconnecting. I am looking to increase my Visa credit limit to purchase a car. I have sufficient funds in my term deposit, and a partial transfer to my savings account is scheduled for October 19th. I require a $14,[redacted] increase on my Visa credit to have a total of $20,[redacted]. I urgently need the funds to buy the car. I am disappointed with the customer service experience, including the unhelpful response at the local branch. As a loyal ANZ customer since [redacted], I expected better service.
