I have been a loyal Aldo customer since [redacted]. Most of my products are from Aldo, initially from Canada and now in Arizona, USA. I have always been satisfied with the quality of your products. Recently, I purchased running shoes from an Arizona store and mentioned that the left shoe felt tight. The salesperson assured me it would stretch, but after a month, it's still uncomfortable. Unfortunately, I no longer have the receipt, and the store refused to process a return since I wore the shoes. Additionally, I noticed many loose threads on the shoes, suggesting a manufacturing defect. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I bought shoes from Aldo for my daughter online and had her try to return the ones she didn't want at the Boca Raton store in Florida. Unfortunately, the manager, Michelle, was unhelpful and turned her away, claiming I needed to be there for the return. Despite my daughter having the original credit card and email confirmation, Michelle insisted on my presence. After contacting Aldo's customer service, they agreed with me, but Michelle persisted. Following up with Rita, the supervisor, no one has reached out to me. The customer service at this store was very disappointing, and the manager needs to understand and adhere to company policies better.

I recently purchased two pairs of Chelsea boots from Aldo in Tampa. Unfortunately, the shoes I received had worn out bottoms, which I was told were supposed to look like that, but it turns out they were not supposed to be in that condition. Despite being unworn, the store refused to exchange them without the box. Additionally, the second pair I bought was a half size too small, and the store also declined to exchange them for the correct size. The saleswoman also had issues applying a discount code that she spent 15 minutes setting up. Eventually, I was able to get the discount applied, but I am still left with two pairs of boots that do not meet my expectations. The store manager has been unhelpful, claiming her employees would not sell worn shoes. I am frustrated and considering disputing the charge with my bank, but I would much rather resolve this by exchanging the items for the correct sizes and conditions as originally intended.

I purchased a handbag in August and returned it. The order confirmation number is [redacted]69 (V6KQRKWW-1). I have not received my refund yet. I contacted Aldo customer service last week, but they have not provided an update as promised. I made the purchase using Klarna, and despite multiple visits to the store, my issue remains unresolved. I received poor treatment from the assistant manager at the Aldo store ([redacted]) in Jersey Gardens Mall located at [redacted] Kapkowski Rd, Elizabeth, NJ [redacted]. Klarna needs Aldo to process the refund; otherwise, they will close the case and I will lose my money. I appreciate any assistance you can provide. Thank you for your help. - Yurixan R.

Hola, quiero compartir mi experiencia con el servicio en línea de Aldo. He tenido que devolver productos tres veces en un mes. Primero unos zapatos con burbujas, luego una cartera con el asa defectuosa y ahora unos zapatos usados. I did not receive a confirmation email about my order arriving. I may not have known it was ready for pick up at the store three days ago if I hadn't checked the previous email stating it was still on its way. At the store, they claimed my order had not arrived yet, despite the prior email indicating otherwise. The store employee was unhelpful and rude, suggesting someone else may have picked up my order. I've been attempting to contact customer service for hours to no avail. I am unable to cancel the order as it shows delivered. Prior orders had also been canceled due to items being out of stock, which is frustrating as they should be aware of inventory levels before accepting orders.

I purchased a pair of boots in Rome last December, costing [redacted]€, and I am experiencing issues as the soles are detaching while walking. I paid for the boots with a credit card and can provide proof of purchase. Despite contacting the ALDO store in Via del Corso [redacted], Rome, they were unable to assist me over the phone. I am looking to understand the refund process and if I need to return the defective boots by post.

I recently purchased 2 pairs of heels from Aldo Shoes online. Unfortunately, both pairs have a loose slingback strap. I'd like to either have them repaired or arrange for an exchange. The heel styles are Enaver and Minima, both in size UK 4. Since there's no store nearby, I'm hoping for assistance with this matter to keep the heels as the size fits perfectly. Thank you.

I have been trying to return shoes for two weeks now, but the website is malfunctioning. When I click on the "returns" link and try to print the return label, it just loops back to the same return page without generating the label. The chat function is equally unhelpful, as it doesn't connect me to a live agent despite selecting the option multiple times. The Customer Service number only directs me back to the website, which is not functioning properly. I am worried that even if I manage to return the shoes, it will be past the 60-day deadline.

I observed my manager spending four hours in the back room with an employee during work hours, giving her $[redacted], and then not seeing her again. He also spent time in the back room with a minor and acted inappropriately towards her. I suspect he retaliated against those who were aware of these actions. Additionally, there are concerns about fraudulent activities such as manipulating product prices, unexplained missing money from the register, and falsifying sales numbers. The district manager appeared to be aware of his actions but maintained secrecy. There were instances of inappropriate behavior towards employees, including making advances, hiring based on appearance rather than qualifications, and promoting individuals with questionable conduct. Attempts to address these issues with the company have been challenging due to a lack of HR contact information. The environment created by the manager was troubling, and many staff members were aware of these incidents.
