Hello, I booked a cruise through your website departing from Male on December 24, [redacted], on the AidaBlu for a 14-day trip to Madagascar and back to Male on January 7, [redacted]. I am attempting to make payment for this cruise within the next [redacted] minutes using the MyAida portal, but I am unable to log in as it requires a booking number. Unfortunately, I did not receive a booking number when I made the reservation. Could you please send me the booking number to my email at [redacted] as soon as possible? Your prompt assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hello, my name is Amy Sambogna. I have two cabins reserved for the May 31 sailing out of Venice on the Aidablu. As an American, I planned this trip to support my daughter Brittany Sambogna, who is the lead vocalist on board. Due to the travel restrictions related to the Coronavirus, I had to cancel my flights with United Airlines. However, I am facing challenges with Aida Cruises. The cabins were booked by Diemar Richter, an Aida employee, who informed us that a 35% cancellation fee applies. Given the circumstances with the virus and my husband's health condition, we believe a full refund should be considered. During a recent encounter in Waterloo Station, he verbally assaulted me, causing a disturbance that required intervention from the British Transport Police. I was taken aback to find out he was working for AidaPrima and was even more alarmed to learn he would be in Southampton on 20 June, [redacted]. Given his history of aggressive behavior and the stalking complaint I filed against him in [redacted], I am deeply concerned for my safety and well-being. Hello Aida admin and officers, I am Thet Thet Mon from Myanmar, working in the food and beverage service department as an assistant steward. I have been scheduled to join Aida Cosma on 23 September [redacted], but my joining date has been changed to 14 October. Despite requesting a change to join Nova instead, only my joining date was adjusted. Given the political situation in Myanmar, I aim to shorten my vacation to two months instead of four.
